Court documents say "numerous precursor substances and finished high explosives." Do you know what "finished high explosives" are? CSIS, NSICOP has identified China as our greatest security threat. Chinese nationals stole deadly viruses from our highest level bio lab. Now Chinese nationals are stealing explosives from University labs. With a loaded gun.
