Grand jury acquitted the guy who threw his sandwich at the troops in DC.  Can this lead to 2nd amendment remedies to push back against an authoritarian regime without fear of reprisals?  This is why the 2nd Amendment is there, right?   Sure, it’s just a sandwich now, but could it be a bullet next time?

Maybe Donnie Dorko will step in and spend millions of tax dollars on appeals. Then Deluded can achieve relief when people are punished. Punished to the maximum!

Sometimes the police/prosecutors take themselves too seriously, and this was just such an instance.

Sure it was an assault - of sorts lol - but a very minor one. The lowest level possible.

Unfortunately for sub-thrower, he should end up with a record for that, and maybe a few days of community service, because that type of behaviour can't be condoned, but that's about it.

If the Cultist Narrative Network/Cultist Broadcasting Corporation gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

Further to this, people who are busy organizing resistance to the ICE agents doing their job need to be careful: organizing resistance to the gov't on a large enough scale becomes textbook sedition

I would posit that if someone organizes enough protesters to come to an area, using harsh enough rhetoric, and ICE officers are truly assaulted there, it is an open-and-shut case of sedition.

  • sedition /sĭ-dĭsh′ən/
    1. Conduct or language inciting rebellion against the authority of a state.
    2. Insurrection; rebellion.
    3. The raising of commotion in a state, not amounting to insurrection; conduct tending to treason, but without an overt act; excitement of discontent against the government, or of resistance to lawful authority.

I mean, it's right there in black and white. That kind of behaviour is exactly what the word "sedition" was created to cover.

That's just a basic definition, it's not from the US constitution, but the constitution has their own definitions and levels of sedition which are all based on that general premise, and sedition is no trifling crime.

I would laugh and laugh and laugh and laugh if some dummy like AOC crossed the line and ended up in the crowbar hotel.
