But conspiring with an enemy nation wouldn't be and illegally conspiring to attack an opponent wouldn't be, and in any case it would only cover his time in office, if any of that continued after he left office then he'd be exposed for the whole thing. 

And even if it were true they could still impeach him and find him guilty, that was the point of the ruling.

Gabbard is trying to use intelligence assessments on two different topics; the first was stating that no voting systems (“election infrastructure”) were breached, which she uses to falsely make a broader leap that a Russian influence and cyber campaign did not occur which is what the January 2017 assessment proved actually happened  

Any intelligent person can see even at a glance these are 2 different topics amd remember the January 2017 findings which were discussed at length. Once again the MAGAverse shows it has the memory of a goldfish and an IQ to match
