Two GTA sex crime cases result in no jail for offenders

 

Two recent cases now where the judge deliberately gave sex offenders no jail time because it would mean that they would be deported.

We are literally keeping people out of jail so that they can stay here and rape women.

This is the liberal justice system.

Not even sure what that means, i just wonder what you would do if that rape had been to someone in your family....had that been in my family i would be in jail for murder and those two guys would be in the ground...that would be justice period....

This story is about sexual assault and as we had posted a million times the same laws are letting people out to sexually assault and murder on a very regular basis. That's what these liberal laws do

There's no doubt in my mind that the government and media are covering up crimes similar to the UK grooming gangs scandal. The only question is the scale.

When it comes out, and it will...there will be all hell to pay.

There is nothing more terrifying to the liberal establishment than open transparency over interracial violence and rape trends as they flood the country with radical third world demographic change and absolute reckless disregard for the safety of its citizens and the long-term societal consequences.

If you read this article it's about sexual assault, and myself and others have posted a dozen articles that are similar to this that involve rape murder and even other crimes. This isn't an isolated case at all

You're a fool....and obviously have trouble comprehending what you read.  The article specifically talks about indecency and solicitation cases....not sexual assault.  Only you (or westcanfool) can twist this to rape, murder and now sexual assault, then when realizing you actually didn't read the article try to flip it to other 'dozens' of articles. Sounds like what they’ve been dealing with the the UK, referred to as “two tier justice”, wherein preferred identity groups face lighter consequences for crime and receive preferential treatment. This is prevalent in Canada in our hiring and admissions policies, euphemistically referred to as affirmative action, but hiring or admitting on the basis of race/ethnicity/sexual orientation, etc. is discriminatory.
