What was legal about what happened at the southern border? Asylum claims must come at the first country of departure. Let's say you leave Panama and come to Costa Rica. That's where you apply for asylum. But if you fly from Panama to the US you can apply in the US.

What was really happening at the US is that the Biden admin invented procedures that don't exist to do things that aren't legal. As a result, we know that thousands (if not millions) of illegal aliens received SSNs, registered to vote and voted. We know millions used Medicaid, SCHIP and housing resources that were for American citizens, and we know thousands of them broke multiple federal laws even after admission (to include, but not limited to: rape, murder, trafficking, and selling drugs).

So, I'll ask again, what was legal about what happened at the southern border?

Since that ruling was regarding a policy held by the White House and the White House has since reversed the policy, that case is moot and won't be ruled on. The lower court ruling will stand. What Biden's handlers were doing was illegal.

Trump ended ALL refugee programs at the outset of his administration. There was nothing racist or racial about it. 

As time went on, later in his administration, this was one of the first revisions to that initial pause. Focused on this specific situation, not on race. This doesn't apply to white people from other places.

Israel has several times the military might of Hamas, and they've been at this for 600 days now. 

If they were trying to kill people, they could easily match Hamas's pace of 1,400 people per day. They could be killing that many per hour if they wanted to.

If the Israelis killed 1,400 people per day they would have killed over 800,000 people by now.

When you take into account the % of the dead who were actual grown-male terrorists, and then factor out people that were classified as "women and children" but were also actual terrorists, in that extremely crowded urban environment, it becomes crystal clear that Israel's ability to target terrorists and avoid civilian casualties is unmatched in modern warfare.

FYI the civilian/soldier casualty rate in urban environments is usually between 50-65%, and Gaza is an extremely crowded area with piles of bombs frequently stored in and under high-density civilian areas, so 50% would be a lofty target. 

As of Oct last year the Israelis were claiming to have killed 17,000 Hamas terrorists among the 41,000 people killed in Gaza. That's over 40%, but once you factor in how many of the 60% were either non-uniformed combatants or active supporters, that "civilian" number is likely well below 50%.
