FYI no one "made anyone uncomfortable". He made them afraid for their lives. Over and over and over again. He was in and out of jail for more than just threats, too. He was charged with assault 4 times. So it looks as though people had good reason to be afraid.

You should be mad at the Dems for letting people like that out in public to:

1. make innocent people feel unsafe
2. put innocent people in the public at risk of being attacked
3. actually injure people in unprovoked attacks
4. put Neely himself in danger of being attacked by someone he provoked
5. create situations where people felt threatened and they had to defend themselves or others from him

FYI every day that a guy like Neely is out in public he's a danger to himself and others, period. Be mad about that. Don't be mad because he got unlucky after his laundry-list of violent encounters with random, innocent people.

I would take BLM more seriously if they actually defended someone who deserves to be defended.

In the case of Neely he was in and out of jail over 40 times and some of his crimes were violent crimes, he was a completely useless person. At some point it is pointless to try to rehabilitate them, it doesn't work. Lock them up and throw away the key. I am not saying he should of been killed but even if he survived he would be out of jail again in less than a day and would be out committing crimes.

His father is a complete piece of shit using his son to get a payday. Where was he when his son was in and out of jail and was strung out on the street sucking dick for crack?

Also screw the media for giving Neely the Trayvon treatment they took an old picture of him and was like "Oh he looked like such a sweet and kind boy" except he was a 30 year smelly homeless guy who was out of his mind.

You're correct to say that's not a capitol offence, but that's also a ridiculous exaggeration of the level of threat that one is required to be facing before they use reasonable force to defend themselves. 

Penny never curb-stomped Neely. He tried to subdue him in the manner that did the least amount of physical damage - a simple restraint. Witnesses on the subway felt like he did the right thing, and no one thought he was killing Neely, including Penny himself.

The solution relevant to this thread is that the left just lets people like Neely go roam freely on the streets. He was a mentally ill drug addict and a lifelong criminal who the system run by the left just kep letting back out on the streets. 

He was given housing and help... but because he is a mentally ill drug addict, he walk out on those. 

So... now what?

What is the solution we all oppose here that you folks are pushing?
