The reason we have due process is because any Retarded person (lets call him "cougar" to pick a name at random) can say that someone is guilty of something on the internet but in a fair and just society you are required to prove that in a court of law where the accused will get a chance to defend themselves and challenge the evidence.

I bet good money you've never heard of this guy's name before this instant. You have no idea if his history or what he's actually done or anything along those lines. For all you know he's one of the exact who argued that good service gets you more clients. That company is certainly not the most profitable in that industry despite being one of the largest.

But you think oh he's an executive so he must be evil because me hate capitalism. So in your mind, without knowing a thing about this person or what he's done or what improvements he made in the company or what kind of person he was or what kind of husband or father or whether he left behind children or anything, without knowing any of that you've decided he deserved to be gunned down like a dog in the street by an anonymous person who apparently was doing it because he hates capitalism and wanted to send a message and not because he was personally injured in any way directly or by family from this person

Those allegations against the "candidate" you mentioned were all proven and he was convicted.

You think he will be serving jail time?  

Where is your fair and just society now?

I find the best thing to do with CdnFox, is to put him on "ignore."  This way, you will not see his verbal diarrhoea, unless you decide to click on the post to show what ridiculous garbage he has to say. It saves time and energy, and makes for a more pleasurable forum experience.

He was convicted on a novel legal theory by someone who ran a campaign on getting Trump in any way he could. 

That conviction was fraught with several huge problems that Trump will almost certainly prevail on in an appeal. 

Forgive us for not all jumping up and down with joy as if this was somehow the case of the century for getting a criminal... on the grounds that it was somehow illegal for Trump to enter into a legal agreement with someone to not speak on something, as if that were a campaign expense he had to report... when it is also against the law to use campaign funds for such expenses. 

Give us a break with this garbage.

1. Indeed we do not have a fair and just society. This is one of the reasons Trump is to become POTUS. People want the US to move towards a fair and just society.

2. No "conviction" exists in NY State, until after sentencing. As it stands...that will never happen for a couple of reasons.

    a. The sentencing never happens

    b. The verdict is overturned on appeal.

3. Nobody should serve jail time without having been "convicted".

4. It will never be completely fair and just. But after 4 years of The Brandon Show...people want to get back to a closer representation of it. Nothing's perfect...but what Brandon and his cohorts engaged in was WAY off the mark.

The left is just fine with oil and gas production when they have to win an election... and go beg 3rd world dictators for it when they need it. 

Your guys notion of caring about climate change is simply shifting pollution to China so you can pat yourselves on the back for reducing emissions in your own countries and then begging Russia for their gas because you all hate Nuclear energy and shut your own power down.

Even with all the recourses at Hogwarts even they could not stop any climate from changing. Only muggles think that they can, but their spells will never work.

As for you...Coug...You apparently think its OK to restrict and choke off the primary source of global energy AND impose inflationary pressures on the global economies...for something that is NOT a crisis. I find that not only "scary"...but down right selfish and insubstantial.

The 14th Amendment has 5 sections, you quote half of one of them. Claiming Trump wants to do away with the whole thing is nonsense. 

Never mind, folks have been arguing about what "jurisdiction thereof" really means as well; it is not so unambiguous as you think.
