Trump should have had the ADVANTAGE.

No, he came out swining and was on the defensive from the onset. 3 against one, he lost the debate, but wasn't backing down, and removed himself from the script. He left with blistering parting shots, which have gone viral, and Kamala made him rant for her clip bait aided by moderators, but he cooked her with facts at the end.

Put the same pressure on Kamala, and would be interesting to see her true character, in finally getting pressed relentlessly in the debate.

Last I recall her doing so, resulted in her cackling and stating she hadn't been to Europe either after relentless pressing on her failure to visit the border you know, as the appointee overseeing it.

Trump faced nothing but hostile media, yet still had a better economy.

The media can only hoist you so high. People will want proof to the pudding.

You should call out and grill the opponent, too. Make it at least look objective, or at least give the illusion.

She was appointed to the border. What has she done?

She has failed at her job. Trump just needs to heavily point to this.

And yet you cannot name one of these "glaring lies."

What are you talking about? You've never even asked me to, they've been posted before many times

Sure kid. You got me. I never did the thing you never asked me to do. Why are you such a dolt?

And you could have looked them up yourself. She said that trump's unemployment was the highest since the 30s, and that is a very blatant lie it has been higher many times. Not to mention that included the covid times. She said she grew up as a 'middle class kid' and that's not true, her dad was a professor at stanford and her mom was a scientist at berkley and they were quite wealthy. She claimed trump plans to execute plan 2025 and he's been very clear he's not interested. She specifically claimed late term abortions are not happening, but the center for disease control says thousands of them happen after 21 weeks. She repeated the 'fine people' and even worse the 'bloodbath' hoaxes that have been entirely and thoroughly debunked. Trump never said there'd be a bloodbath in the streets if biden won.

There's a bunch more.  She told some whoppers.

So if you're done being a total dipshit, why not answer the question now?  If the dems are so honest why not fact check her?

Cowardly Trump Says He Will Not Debate Kamala Again

Ha!  Trump, who lost the 2020 Presidential Election by over seven million votes, and performed like a senile old fool in his last debate, today posted that he will not debate Kamala Harris again.  Terrified of having his ass handed to him again, Trump will instead go to rallies half-filled with nursing home patients and Klansmen.

Donald Trump is a coward.

Americans want someone who will actually help them, not turn their cities & towns into illegal immigrant camps.

Kamelface & the media industrial complex had their fun on the 10th, and now it's time for the Donald to get back to campaigning and steamroll that b*tch on his way to the WH. ;)

Trump had more air time than Harris but squandered it. The effing guy is supposed to be tough but he and his cult are always playing the victim. It was rigged, we was robbed, poor us. Sad.

Trump was not prepared, all he could do was bleat about his grievances and he paid the price when he went up against someone who was more skilled and prepared. She had a plan, Trump was just his predictable self and made the plan easy to carry out. He came across as a kid having a tantrum and she came across as the adult in the room.

Oh, DT certainly did his part. the dude doesn't prepare - he takes zero coaching and thinks he can just walk on stage and mop the floor with whomever he's debating.

Between that stupidity and the coordinated efforts of those devil worshippers, of course it's going to be a shit show.

No, he just needs to stick with the campaign trail from here on out.

That doesn't negate my point. Most Americans won't vote on this.

Financial strife tends to take a precedent on abortion rights.

Not saying it isn't important, but if you are prioritizing, abortion rights would be below having a job, being able to afford food and ideally having a roof over your head.

Unless you're a female voter, I just don't understand how this would top your cost of living.

The economy was not better under Trump. We peaked at over 14 percent unemployment and we couldn’t even buy toilet paper.  People were getting massive unemployment benefits, the biggest ever, so maybe they were really happy getting paid lots of government money for not working, but that’s not building an economy, it’s building $5 Trillion in debt.

Yep. The very first question was a huge miss for Harris. She went with her scripted answer to warm to.

She should have cranked that question out of the park.

Q: "When it comes to the economy, do you believe Americans are better off than they were four years ago?'

A: "F*uck yes. Four years ago, under Donald Trump, unemployment was at 8.4%. It's less than half that today. The Dow was down to 28,000, and we're over 40,000 today. The GDP was down to 20 trillion. Today we're at almost 29 trillion.

Donald Trump handed us a financial crisis when he left office after being fired by the American people, and under the Biden administration we've built back better--better than before the pandemic, even.

The economy overall is, without question, dramatically better than it was 4 years ago. That doesn't mean that there aren't still people who are suffering, who are still trying to overcome what happened under Donald Trump. That's why I have a plan for jobs, a plan for housing, a plan to make sure that as our fortunes continue to rise, no American is left out. A plan to make sure that the prosperity were building as a country is prosperity for everyone."

Well all of that's a lie, and the American people know it. Trying to pretend that covid doesn't exist is just dumb and makes you look desperate. Trump's pre-covid economy was quite good. Not the best in history as he would claim but certainly quite good and better than Biden's post covid economy.

If this election becomes about economics then harris is going to lose hard. Fortunately for her for some reason trump decided to make it about immigrants eating cats. But if anything she dodged a bullet there

What are the numbers that prove your claim that our economy was better before Covid than it is now?  The only one your guys ever mention is inflation. But you know, Trump’s tariffs and his hostile trade policies set up the supply chain nightmare before Covid hammered it. And what did Trump do about the supply chain problems? Nothing.

If I were Trump I would let Kamala run her mouth about it for about a week or two then Trump can come out and say he has accepted a debate with Fox News and see if she accepts.

There are talking heads speculating that its some kinda power move. Pretty lame one if that's the case--to look like chicken shit for weeks for the chance to negotiating leverage for a more favorable debate setting.

Not really he is setting a trap and letting her ego get the best of her. Here is the thing, I think Kamala wants another debate because she learned that she didn't really move the needle afterward due to never really answering any questions. She may of won the debate but she lost plot on the purpose of it for her. It was time for people to get to know her and her policy positions and she failed miserably. She can't just attack she is the incumbent and she needs to defend her and Biden's record and clearly articulate her plan forward.

She doesn't have the luxury of a primary where she had to fight for her nomination she was handed it. Right now she just has the anti Trump vote and not the Kamala vote and I don't think that will end up being enough for her when the smoke clears.

There are a tonne. And I have actually posted this with links pictures explanations more than once. And every time it's the same thing, you pretend as if it's never been mentioned and you have no idea what we're talking about

Pre-covid trump did better than Obama and did better than Biden would post covid. Not tonnes better, and he still raised the deficit albiet not as much as those two, but still.

And the changes he made never got a chance to really do their work, which takes time.  Oh and despite Harris's lies every single tax bracket benefitted substantially from his tax cuts. According to the irs at least.

People aren't stupid. They look around and they can't afford as much food as they could. They can't afford homes like they could. They see the economy slowing. Their mortgages cost more

There's just no hiding it.  Biden was bad at the economy. Not horrible but bad.  Harris will be far worse. She would be a disaster if she did what she says she's going to.

So you answered the question, “where are the figures?” without providing any figures. Cause you’re not very bright, are ya?

I answered the question 'where are the figures' with  "I've posted them for you many times before go read those threads and maybe pay attention this time".

So the figures were pre-provided.  I'm quite sick of posting the same crap again and again and you lefties pretending you've never seen it before.

Job growth, gdp metrics, inflation, affordability, and a bunch of other metrcis were higher under trump than obama, and people knew it.  People were happy with the economy at the time.  It wasn't a LOT higher but it was definitely higher.  If you compare obama's first term with trump (excluding covid) trump did better.

And both of them kick biden's ass when you look at all the numbers. Biden created a false sense of economy by excessive gov't spending post covid which also drove inflation through the roof and slashed affordability and people's buying power while setting the economy up for a recession.

I've shown this with charts and graphs and reports in extreme detail a couple of times now but here you are pretending no one's EVER explained this before.

Sealioning is a great way of admitting you know you're wrong.  So now that we've got your little admission out of the way and we both know i'm correct, lets address that.

Harris CANNOT afford to talk about the economy.  You can try to baffle the uneducated with numbers all you like but they know they can't afford as much as they used to and hiring is slowing down and good jobs are getting harder to come by.

So harris HAS to let the 'economic' question go.  That's trumps wheel house and people still trust him on that topic more than her.

Trump is the coward. He said he would debate Kamala Harris “any place, any time,” and now he’s surrendering, like a total ****, with his tail between his legs, because he knows he’s no match for her.
