He took over $4 million in gifts and didn't report them. If it were a liberal justice, you would surely be calling for them to be impeached

Ya well Democrats thru the Clinton Foundation have been bribing evangelical leaders to push woke bullshit.

Is that against the rules? If so, the rules should be enforced.

This is what I'm saying. If it's not against the rules then they haven't done anything lawfully wrong and if it is against the rules a lawful authority should be pointing it out

So then you agree with Biden. Great!

I don't recall Joe saying that. In fact I seem to recall him making all kinds of accusations that in fact weren't supported by a lawful authority  :)

But if he has changed his tune and now agrees with me that you can't say someone broke the rules unless a lawful authority has deemed that to be the case then sure, I agree with Joe

Why would they make anti-corruption laws to require disclosure of extravagant gifts if this was not evidence of corruption?

This is a question... it is not an argument or evidence of corruption.

What anti-corruption law are you referencing here?

Try and keep up. I'm not going to spoonfeed you because you can't read.

You're denying Thomas took over $4 million without declaring it? That's an established fact.

I'm denying it's a violation of anything.  Unless you can show a qualified authority who's said otherwise.  Which i've asked for several times and you can't .

Dance around as much as you like but it seems that it's NOT actually a violation.

I don't need to keep up. I am not asking you to spoon-feed me.

You keep making baseless assertions. What I am asking you to do is support them with good arguments and facts.

You seem completely incapable of those things...

You're striking out on all fronts aren't you.  You can't point to an authority saying he's done anything wrong and you can't even point to the laws you think may have been violated.

So he didn't actually do anything wrong but U Mad because of your 'feels' ,  is that where we're at?

But see if you think he is likely covering up a crime, you don't even need to know what the crime is. You can convict him of multiple felonies. Didn't you know that?

Ahhh - i forgot about the 'tinkerbell'  provision under the law.  If a democrat believes in it hard enough it's real.

Yeah, duh. And since they think he committed a crime and Thomas hasn't admitted to it, that means he is covering it up.

Where did you get your legal degree from anyways.... FOS LIES LMAO?

Hmmm...

Actions:

Trips and falls down a lot.

Can't speak coherently.

Claimed he had never met Hunter's business associates.

Does not appear to like African-Americans.

Policies:

Open border.

Surrender.

New Wars.

Insane spending.

War on fossil fuels.

Ok...seen enough. Time for an about face to closed borders, ending senseless wars and drill baby drill.

I don’t care if the President is confined to a wheelchair or whatever.  That is irrelevant, and so is your ridiculous conspiracies.

The Biden policies that matter are the phenomenal economic recovery after the economy completely crashed under Trump, and our policies to transition to renewables.

We should wage war on oil. All out war, because the $8 Trillion petroleum industry had been waging war on us for 75 years.  Example: Russia declares war in Ukraine, and the free world boycotts Russian petroleum. What happened? Saudi saw this as an opportunity to raise prices, and OPEC went along with them. And US oil producers proved that “energy independence” is bullshlt, because they loaded up their oil, shipped it overseas, and jacked up oil prices in the U.S.

But they can’t export wind and the sun!  So if we quadruple our renewable electric infrastructure and transition more consumption away from petroleum, then our economy won’t suffer from inflation next time our so-called Saudi “ally” craps all over us.  We will always produce and consume petroleum, at least for another fifty years, but we can be far more resilient to its price effects as we depend more and more on renewable sources.  And that will make our industries far more competitive long into the future.  Trump opposes that, because he’s in bed with Big Oil, who have no interest in the American people.

Lol...ya I know you Tweenkies think blaming Trump for all your failures can cover your sad arses, but let's face it...Brandon's term has been a complete failure. From that despicable surrender, to the insane inflation, and the cherry on top...Brandon's removal from candidacy.

Now they present Kamala Harris. The least liked politician in America. You dumb b@stards just can't seem to get anything right. But hey...thanks for the gift. We'll think of you once the border is shut, the illegals are being unceremoniously turfed, and the economy rebounds...

Trump style.

Geez, you’re dense.
Until now, the Court has policed itself. Justice Abe Fortas resigned after accepting a $20,000 retainer, even though he’d later returned it. But now we have a justice who accepts $4 million, clearly in violation of the US Supreme Court’s Code of Conduct, which says in part that a Justice shall avoid ALL appearance of conflict of interest.

Let me tell you: Taking $4 million from people who operate large businesses which are impacted by rulings of the Supreme Court, DEFINITELY creates the APPEARANCE of a conflict of interest.

Also, Supreme Court justices must only accept gifts (and must report all gifts) in accordance with this policy:

https://www.uscourts.gov/sites/default/files/vol02c-ch06.pdf
And that policy sets a general limit of $50 on gifts, or travel in connection with a job interview.  Free private jet flights to vacation destinations are not “travel in connection with a job interview.”

Why was it bad for Hunter to accept money from Burisma? Because it created the APPEARANCE of a conflict of interest. The Supreme Court has a rule which says Justices cannot do this, and Thomas clearly has.  So the Court has proven they are unable to regulate their own conduct.

I know your view of the world is shaped by your "feelings" rather than by information (and surely things are weird inside the bubbling cauldron of misogyny and xenophobia that is your mind) but Harris is far from the least liked politician in America. Take, just as one example, her opponent in the upcoming election. Trump, is less liked and more disliked, ya poor dumb bastard.

Harris’ overall favorability rose from 35% to 43% compared to a week earlier, while the vice president’s unfavorability rating fell from 46% to 42%,

...

Trump also saw his favorability rating drop in the poll, falling from 40% last week to 36% in the most recent poll. The former president’s unfavorable rating also ticked up slightly in the new poll, rising from 51% to 52%.

Nuclear power?

Lets see how serious you are...

the last nuclear power plants built in America had cost overruns so high (10’s of billions) that both Westinghouse and Toshiba went bankrupt.

And, while we find local objections to wind farms, it’s nothing compared to the opposition which nuclear power plants face.  They are extremely unpopular to build because local groups strongly oppose them.  Nevada couldn’t even open a disposal facility in an ultra-ultra-ultra remote location.
