In the second place, you are not fooling anyone. The FBI and Justice Department know all about the Federal Rules of Evidence. You do not. You look at a photograph and think you've "aha-ed" something out of it. But you don't know a damn thing about Federal Rules of Evidence. You aren't an expert, you aren't even a novice.

Not exactly.

While it's only correct to use hanged when referring to a person, hung is also used to refer to people. "Hung out to dry", and "hung, drawn, and quartered" are common usages of hung when referring to people, and people commonly use the word hung in the place of hanged to the point where it's part of the vernacular. Eg "Hung at Dawn" is the name of a book that became a movie, and how many times did you hear "Epstein hung himself"? The guard who found him even said that.
