Biden has a lot to say about HOW non-citizens cross the border, and shit loads of them are not entering at designated entry points.

When they avoid the designated entry points and cross some other way, they instantly become illegal aliens. The hair sniffer erased Trump's efforts to curb illegal immigration and that triggered a free for all: "F*ck the designated entry points, let's sneak in HERE!". 

Now Trump will have to spend time reversing Biden's border erasing policies when he gets back into the WH next year.
