No, they did not. What they ruled is that he's guilty of a civil crime because in their opinion it's' more likely that he did it than not.

It's a civil trial  the burden of proof was balance of probabilities or preponderance of the evidence as the us says. That is ENTIRELY different than the required 'proof beyond reasonable doubt' that would be necessary to make your claim'

So - a jury said "well, looking it all over, we're more likely to believe her than him whether it's been proven or not". That is the burden of proof and thats essentially what they said when they found him guilty.

And even then - that really isn't exaclty what they said because they didn't "rule" on that - it's considered ipso facto becaue they would have to agree that it was likely trump knew his statements were false about sexually touching her for them to rule that he was guilty of defamation.

Again- you have to lie to try to make your point.  Just stop.  A jury did not rule that the rape occurred -that NEVER happened

There is no defending Alex Jones. Especially after you watch the video where he admits that the TV show is nothing but an act. He admits that he lies and does so in the name of entertainment. He has been caught in his lies and forced to retract his comments.

That kind of IS his defense - if it's entertainment it doesnt' have to be accurate.  Lots of things on tv are not meant to be accurate.  You know that's not how CSI teams REALLY work right? :)

However.. he only admitted this after being sued multiple times and seeing his net worth diminish to almost nothing. Its one thing to just come out in the beginning and tell the audience that this is entertainment. It is quite another to only admit it after you have been proven wrong.

Well, it went to court and Jones lost a billion and change.  I found that very entertaining.

Wrong, dummy. He was found guilty of "sexual abuse", which can be as minor as groping a woman's breasts.

Like it says in your own link, Trump was found liable for "sexually abusing" E. Jean Caroll, stupid.

This is the definition of "sexual abuse", stupid:

Quote
Degrees of Sexual Abuse

The baseline act of subjecting another person to sexual contact without the person's consent constitutes third-degree sexual abuse.

This is the definition of rape in NY State, stupid:

  • Rape in the first degree is a class B felony and applies when an individual engages in sexual intercourse with another person by forcible compulsion, or if the victim is less than 11 years old. It is punishable by a prison sentence of at least five years and up to 25 years.

  • Rape in the second degree is a Class D felony and applies when an individual engages in sexual intercourse with another person who is incapable of consent because they are less than 15 years of age, mentally disabled, or mentally incapacitated. It is punishable by imprisonment of up to seven years.

  • Rape in the third degree is a Class E felony and applies when an individual engages in sexual intercourse with a person who is incapable of consent because they are mentally incapacitated or physically helpless. It is punishable by imprisonment of up to four years.

There is a conversational leftard version of rape which includes "looked at me too hard", and there is a felony offence called rape, which Trump was not found guilty of.

Go ahead and find where it says that a jury found Trump "guilty of Rape in the 1st, 2nd or 3rd degree", stupid. Don't tell me what an activist judge thinks about a groping charge. I really don't give a shit.

This thread needs to be renamed: "As if we needed any more evidence of how dishonest and stupid leftards are".

Yoo-hoo, moddies....

(Don't bother saying it, I know. I was just kidding)

The judge was NOT talking about the felony crime of "Rape in the 1st degree, Rape in the 2nd degree, or Rape in the 3rd degree" stupid, because he didn't say that.

He just use the word rape in the broad, meaningless leftard context.

And let's be completely clear on something, dummy: By Caroll's own story, which I posted here, at no point did she communicate physically or verbally to Trump that she wasn't interested in hoing it up when she agreeed to go into the change-room with him to model lingerie for him. She was definitely not "raped", she was just unhappy that he treated her like a skank. There's a huge difference.

Unless a woman asks for it, NO MEANS NO at ANY TIME.

Of course you never understand that Trump BRAGGED about doing exactly what he did to Carroll which I'm sure was a big factor in the legal finding by the JURY.

And I'm also sure that that your OPINION means NOTHING in that court.

In the broadest possible sense, where leftards refer to unwanted looks as rape.

If he meant rape in the nth degree he would have said it. It's a completely different thing from "sexual abuse". I already showed you that, right from legal websites which post the definitions.

A court wouldn't record the charge as "sexual abuse" if it was "rape in the 1st/2nd/3rd degree".

You say that now, in a case where Trump's own accuser admitted that she was going along with everything and just giggling, but you don't mean that when we're talking about Bill Clinton's actual rapes. What's the difference?

Judging by how sexually promiscuous she is, and her general lack of class and integrity, no doubt Caroll bragged about having her **** grabbed at some point too. It's just not on tape, or at least we haven't seen the tape.

Was that your takeaway, genius? She wore 4" heels so she deserved to be raped?

Buddy, my wife wears heels almost every day and she's far from promiscuous.

The main difference between Caroll and my wife is that in the entirety of her life, my wife has never met a strange dude on the street and agreed to model lingerie for him ten minutes later.

Even if the dude was standing outside the door that would whorish, but Caroll let him come into the change room with him.

Would your wife do that? Your mom? Your daughter?

Think about the one girl you might know who'd do something like that... How do people describe her?

Do they call her a whore? Ho? Slut? Bimbo? Trollop? Of course they do. Because she is. Those words literally exist to describe people like E. Jean Caroll. There's no other reason for them.

Trump thought for sure knew he was getting sex when she let him in the change room, he just thought that she wanted it a certain way, and she laughed multiple times while he was doing it. Was he so wrong?

No. But he's deeply unpopular, especially in alt-leftard shitholes like NYC.

Yes, clearly he was wrong. That much is obvious.

Flirting and flattery and titillation are all wrapped up in encounters like that. It may very well be that Carroll could have been attracted to Trump or interested in seeing where that might lead. They were, after all, in their fifties at that point.

Any attraction and curiosity probably evaporated pretty quickly when it turned out he was a farking rapist.

Ummm - no.

The law retained the old structure of seven individual income tax brackets, but in most cases, it lowered the rates. The top rate fell from 39.6% to 37%, while the 33% bracket dropped to 32%, the 28% bracket to 24%, the 25% bracket to 22%, and the 15% bracket to 12%. The lowest bracket remained at 10%, and the 35% bracket was also unchanged.3 The income bands that the new rates applied to are lower, compared to 2018 brackets under current law, for the five highest brackets.

He lowered taxes for everyone.  He lowered them MORE for the rich arguably but everyone got a tax break.

In addition the average wage went up sharply under trump. So the average person had more money not less.

Why don't you look this stuff up before you post?

His net worth relies on folks taking him seriously though. Why buy the books and merchandise if you view him to be an entertainer much the same as Lebron James or Taylor Swift. The first time I saw his show.. I thought to myself, "why would someone find some grown man yelling and screaming continuously to be must-see-tv". Apparently, there is a market/audience for this.
