Didn’t he do an all-meat diet? He doesn’t show great judgement, so why would I listen to him about our Charter if he can’t even feed himself properly? No, his diet is mostly meat and some vegetables, which is what a lot of predator mammals eat. As opposed to white flour and the like. You've been explained this before but would rather create strawmen to insult the man. A more balanced diet is more healthy IMO but he also has an autoimmune disorder along with his daughter so he's very sensitive to some foods and can't tolerate them without getting ill. I remember him explaining his diet, I don't remember him saying everyone should do this. Popular Post Zeitgeist Posted January 19, 2024 Popular Post Report Posted January 19, 2024 (edited) Any intellectuals, journalists, or psychologists for that matter who are reasonably honest, no matter their political affiliation, should be very concerned about this attempt to cancel and discredit one of Canada’s most important public intellectuals. It says a lot about how far we’ve fallen in Canada. You are only allowed to have a very narrow range of opinions in Canada, and it’s distinctly on the left. People have become so fragile and easily offended that few public figures say anything of substance anymore. The professional governing bodies, whether it’s law, psychology, or anything else, have been co-opted by special interest groups who take great offence at any kind of criticism or lack of embrace. What happened to Peterson doesn’t reflect badly on Peterson, it reflects badly on the jealous, petty, and politicized professional associations who can’t handle any kind of honest critical thinking and free speech because it doesn’t support their own simpering cowardice. It also reflects badly on our grotesquely politicized courts and public institutions. With Peterson’s stature, I’m amazed that he doesn’t just become an American and leave behind the predictably weak-minded phoney left-wing group think that has become synonymous with the Canadian identity. It’s not Peterson who needs to change. He’s brave, productive, and helpful. The College of Psychologists and aforementioned institutions need to change. Sadly, given everything we’ve seen unfold in Canada these past several years, I’m not holding my breath for much to change. Edited January 19, 2024 by Zeitgeist 1 4 Quote

I'm not arguing that, at all but to say not all his opinions are not valid, he is after a professional and expert in his own field...and most likely informed in others as well. I think with some casual research one could know enough to call bullshit and if not to research his opinions even further would be my course....but to disregard all his opinions becasue of a few topics or A topic is not not open mindedness which is my point.
