Do you even know ANY of the SWORN TESTIMONY EVIDENCE by WH INSIDERS against Trump? LMAO

Have you seen trump's legal response to that and the counter evidence?  No? Do you know why that is? THERE HASN"T BEEN A TRIAL :)  or an inquiry or anything.

I guess you just really don't get how the law works.

The sworn testimony before Congress from Archer says he has NO KNOWLEDGE of WRONGDOING by Joe Biden. Duh

So? People lie all the time. And you're drooling again - did you need a napkin?

I swear at him daily :)

We certainly had plenty of sworn testimony over hillary - it was very clear she lied.  Yet you blow that one off as well.

Keep barking at the vacuum kiddo :)

"Suspicious" based on FOS LIES means NOTHING. Fomenting suspicions among the MAGA CULT is their business.

But I see now that Laura Ingraham has received the message and pushed back on Eastman's lies.

Unlike your head, mine has never exploded so I can still see ALL THE EVIDENCE that YOU MISS.

Yes, I've seen Lauro's response to the court of public opinion. Also seen explanations why that won't hold up in court.

Just cause you MISSED the inquiry, does not mean there wasn't one. Duh

Plenty of SWORN TESTIMONY by WH INSIDERS.

Generally NOT when it's SWORN and would be PERJURIOUS.

Live by RICO, Die by RICO

Quote

Giuliani went from cleaning up corruption to ginning up corruption, from crimebuster to criminal defendant in Georgia and unindicted Co-Conspirator 1 in D.C. Rudy, the prosecutor who made his reputation aggressively pursuing RICO cases, is now Rudolph William Louis Giuliani, a defendant in the Georgia RICO case about the deranged plot to steal the election.

We have seen many cases of mobsters turning state’s evidence for prosecutors. But now we have the rare experience of seeing a prosecutor turn into a mobster.

After all those years spent prosecuting the Five Families in New York, Giuliani surrendered himself to the lamest mob boss there ever was: Don Trump.

We saw the coup attempt play out, but it’s startling to see the Georgia indictment refer to this criminal organization, members of the enterprise, corruptly solicited and acts of racketeering activity.

Trump, mentored by mob lawyer Roy Cohn, always loved acting like a mobster, playing the faux tough guy, intimidating his foes, swanning around like John Dillinger, Al Capone and John Gotti. He told Timothy O’Brien, the author of TrumpNation: The Art of Being the Donald, that he admired Gotti because the mobster sat through years of trials with a stone face. In other words, tough, Trump said.

Trump both fetishized mobsters and did business with them, O’Brien told me. The way he fetishizes mobsters informs this fascination he has about Putin and Kim Jong-un. He loves ‘bad-ass’ guys who roll like they want to roll. He sees himself the same way.

Rudy wants to be the mob slayer and then he winds up doing mobster-like things and getting in bed with a wannabe mobster, O’Brien said, and neither one of them can shoot straight, and they end up getting in trouble with the law. It’s a dime-store psychodrama that is both comic and grotesque at the same time.

civil (not criminal) law does not protect you from running your mouth. If Giulani had not used their names and would have said "Election workers in GA" and therefore made it anonymous.. this conversation does not happen.

Ruby Freeman and Shay Moss are the least of Giuliani's legal troubles at this point.

This is honestly one of the most vivid examples of how grotesque Trump is. That the most powerful man in the world felt it acceptable to target and attack lowly election workers with no money and no power is beyond shameful. The absolute worst kind of bully.

Exactly as you say, if he had a complaint he had every opportunity and resource to pursue it properly instead of sending a lynch mob to after these poor women.

There is no sane world in which that is acceptable. No decent person could defend it.

Indicted felon Rudolph Giuliani today lost a Federal defamation lawsuit filed against him by two Georgia election workers.

Throughout the discovery process, Giuliani continually made excuses to ignore the judge’s orders to turn over disclosure materials and provide a financial disclosure.  Giuliani also filed a bizarre stipulation in which he said he conceded that the statements he made about the election workers were false, but that he was not admitting to any wrongdoing.

After one different excuse after another, the judge had enough and sanctioned Mr. Giuliani with guilty for “defamation, intentional infliction of emotional distress, civil conspiracy and punitive damage claims.” The case will now go to a jury only for the purpose of awarding damages.

Giuliani’s legal woes don’t end there. He is also facing a massive civil lawsuit from Dominion Voting Systems, and is facing felony criminal charges in Georgia.

Murder all Republicans.

Trump descended into the gutter (this time) after his legal options to contest the election results FAILED.

We rarely discuss policy here because every discussion winds back to the Cult of Trump.

This thread is about Giuliani losing a civil lawsuit by default.

Go fish. You jack-asses lie as a matter of course. this is just another in a mountain of reasons that the Republicans need to take control of both houses and the Whitehouse, trash the FBI and JOD, install their own heads for both, and go after all Democrats with a vengeance that dwarfs even this current chickenshit.

You wanted to play this game...I say fine. Buckle up.

He did the same thing that cost FOX almost 800 million.

He played the same game and is paying the price.

If you mean the cult that insists that every obvious crime that biden or hillary or any dem does should magically vanish while every accusation ever levied against trump is absolutely true and not to be questioned in the slightest then i'd tend to agree :)

A civil lawsuit arising from trump's insistence the last election was fraudulently stolen from him and Guliani's support of that position. So c'mon - you can't really separate the two.

Giuliani’s first big legal loss is a blistering one

Quote

We don’t yet know how much Giuliani will ultimately be forced to pay, but Howell suggested it could be ‘significant.’ Howell has already ordered him to pay about $132,000 in sanctions for his failures to comply with court orders. There will still be a trial to assess how much Giuliani owes Freeman and Moss in monetary damages.

The development is merely the latest example of a Trump ally suffering direct consequences and even being forced to pay up for promoting bogus voter-fraud claims. The other big one, of course, was Fox News agreeing to pay a $787.5 million settlement to Dominion Voting Systems over its defamation claims. That case also involved false Giuliani claims that Fox chose to air, despite prominent figures within the company privately deriding such claims — and deriding Giuliani personally.

Of course FOS LIES.

I expect a full pardon for Rudy in 2025.

Dominion Voting Systems will be outlawed in this country. Isn't that just the coolest thing ever?? :D

He cannot be pardoned for a civil judgement and the President cannot pardon state convictions.

Try to keep up with the grownups.
