Rolfs Posted October 17, 2019 Report Posted October 17, 2019 The NDP is surging at the exact time needed to do so. We can possibly see a repeat of 2011 where the party takes 100 seats. 1 Quote

Quebec ain't voting NDP this time, they'd be lucky to win a seat in Quebec. The Bloc is back, and the Liberals ain't weak in Quebec either. There is zero chance of a 2011 repeat. Even the CBC polls show the Conservatives in first place, and it's guaranteed that they are overrating the Libs and underestimating the CPC. Add the NDP and Green seats to the Liberal seats. Trudeau will get in again. The Left all despise even an ever-so-slightly conservative Conservative party, and will use the excuse of climate change to back Trudeau. Green and NDP votes will take away seats from the Libs but they won't necessarily win the ridings either. I remember looking at election results from 2011 and seeing ridings in Que where more than 50% of the people voted for NDP and Lib (combined) and the CPC waltzed out with the win. I don't think that those two will combine to win a majority of ridings, but I think that their combined votes in the majority of ridings will be far more than what the CPC gets. Rolfs Posted October 18, 2019 Report Posted October 18, 2019 Ruth Ellen Brosseau, the woman who ran as a paper candidate in 2011 and could not speak French at the time will be the only NDP member reelected. This just proves the English are superior to the french Quote
