. . . and a criminal conviction.

Huh?

If CNN gave an infinite number of monkeys an infinite number of typewriters, leftists would believe everything they typed.

If you missed something on the Cultist Narrative Network, don't worry, the dolt horde here will make sure everyone hears it.

Show me where Trump has a criminal conviction.

I'm not saying he does.

I'm saying that the SDNY is licking its chops to indict him when he becomes a private citizen again.

Blah, blah, blah.

Another "impeach/indict" Trump claim from the group that thinks that Biden is a bastion of morality and integrity, and that was completely hoodwinked by every truckload of CNN tripe that came down the pike in the last 4 years.

Your rumours are worthless here Boges. You're 15,000 posts in and almost every single one of them shrivels under direct hindsight.

Is Micheal Cohen not currently serving time in Federal prison?

Is that not a verifiable fact?

No...it is not a verifiable fact.

Michael Cohen was released from federal prison to home confinement on May 21, 2020.

Facts are...facts !

Oh...good for him.

He's still a convicted felon right?

Was Trump not an un-indicted co-conspirator in his case?

In other words...you were mistaken.

That's OK....pay even more attention to U.S. media and you will be more up to date.

I was, did not hear that he was released. My bad.

Does not change the fact that the only reason Trump wasn't also charged in his case was because the DOJ was providing cover.

Should Biden get elected, that will change.

It was just the way you so confidently stated your "verifiable fact".

Presidents are not indicted while in office (e.g. Bill Clinton for perjury).   However, they can be impeached.

Trump gets the same treatment as any other U.S. president in office, because he is just another U.S. president.

That's not written in law. It's a DOJ opinion. Impeachment is the remedy. But we know that it's a completely political process and not a legal one.

So the other remedy is charges once the POTUS leaves office.

Bill Clinton was not charged with perjury or obstruction upon leaving office.

He paid a fine and was disbarred while not agreeing to any wrongdoing.

Doesn't mean Trump will ever stand trial in state court for actions as president.

Hating Trump is just not good enough.

Does anyone think there is anything good about Biden other than that his not Trump?

He seems to be sane. Which would be a nice change. Really, all I'm hoping for is a relatively sane, capable administration, and then new offerings on both sides four years later. It would be nice to think the Republicans would get their act together and put up someone reasonable then. I fear it might just be Trump again, if not him then one of his kids. Mind you, even they seem more sane than him, particularly Ivanka.

I suspect a detailed investigation into Trump will find far more criminality, from money-laundering to sanctions busting to bribery.

That's fine, but the larger point remains.

Bill Clinton was not criminally prosecuted for perjury and obstruction in a federal court.

Like Trump, he faced several civil lawsuits and settlements.

He could stand trial for things that happened before being POTUS.

He could, but statute of limitations is running out, especially if he gets re-elected.

Just trying to get Trump on something will probably not fly, and his attorneys would just strike a deal for anything that sticks.

NDAs are commonplace.

There's a large % of men who have cheated on their wives, and from the ones who don't, there is a very large % that would cheat if they could do it with Stormy Daniels and that Playboy Bunny, whatever her name was.

Clinton got caught lying in a sworn deposition and witness tampering. Both of those are more serious than whatever it was that Trump did with Cohen.

This is just stupidity, or trolling, it’s not worthy of comment either way.
If you haven’t noticed Trudeau’s dictatorial tendencies then there’s something wrong with you. Buying the MSM and instituting government regulation of social media were just a start for that piece of crap.

That guest is no doubt a liberal socialist who cannot see a real and true leader in action when he sees one. That is his fault. Sure trump has his faults but we all have our own faults. Trudeau has to be one of the most crooked and lying leaders in Canada today. That is his fault. I could not be bothered replying to his stupid post. That is my fault.
