Hal 9000 Posted May 10, 2017 Report Share Posted May 10, 2017 I know it's not the "sexy" reason, but could he have been fired because his decision process was getting compromised, because he was being too polarized, because there was a division in the FBI, because there were leaks, because he basically handcuffed his agents, his suit made a whooshing noise (Seinfeld reference) or any other legitimate reason? Nope, I think it's much more likely that Comey and the FBI investigation were getting too close to what Trump fears most being exposed, and that would be that he had a little help from his friend Putin to "win" the election.
