America under President Trump

Recommended Posts

President Trump should address the U.S. and explain his policy and reasons for leaving Syria, emphasizing what he did do so much more than President Obama and his fake "red line".    Turkey is still a NATO ally.

Canada can watch on the American networks just like they always do.

They're one of two groups that never signed onto Camp David...the PLO being the others.

Exactly...it was never about helping Syrians, refugees or not.

Syria is getting exactly what it has coming to it after years of being on the other end.

Payback is a bitch !

Anyways...Trump figured out that this was a regional conflict rather than anything threatening Western/US interests. Let the kids duke it out if that's their preference. The war NEVER ends in the Middle East. It's what Muslims do.

From the horses mouth:

"They didn't help us in the Second World War, they didn't help us with Normandy," Trump said of the Kurds. He added, "With all of that being said, we like the Kurds."

The Kurds are also terrorists to Turkey...don't you know anything ?

The Soviet Union was an ally too during WW2.

What is your point? Are you equating Kurds now to Joseph Stalin? Really?

Do you know anything about what Turkey has done to its Kurds and Kurds in Syria, Iraq and Iran? You really want to call Kurds the equivalent of Russian Commies and defend Erdogan? That is what your Trump partisan position has turned you into?

Come on.

Where is Canada ?    Why do you keep dodging this question ?

We're just chillin' here. Listening to the powerful voices against radicalization that Trudeau brought back from islamic state. And to our Khalistan-crusader/leader of the NDP. And to Elizabeth May, the Khadr-coddling climate clown.

Maybe you guys should bomb us a bit before you send all your troops to the ME.

Boom!

Are you referring to the noise of Turkey massacring Kurds because Trump says finding allies is easy or said the Kurds were not allies of the US in WW2? Canada was an ally of the US in WW2, so was Britain and both support having trained and worked along side Kurdish forces to defeat ISIS as did the US. Do you have a point? How is throwing the Kurds under the bus justified. How does it promote trust in working with the US if it quickly turns on its allies? Why would anyone using the reasoning Trump now does, consider any alliance with the US anything but shallow and temporary and subject to immediate change?

Are you guys really that partisan in favour of Trump you justify turning your back on an ally that fought side by side it? Are you really going to tell me the Kurds are Stalinists no better than Isis? You really want to ignore what is happening to them in Turkey, Syria, Iraq and Iran and write them all off like  Bush has, as Stalinist bad guys?

Man oh man you Trump loyalists go to absurd lengths to justify his deranged lunatic thought processes.

Do you have any idea what Kurds have done in Turkey ?

I don't give a damn about Syrians or Kurds....capice ?

Where is Canada if this is so important ?

From your link:

Quote
  • Yazidis, Alevis and women in the region are also being abused by Turkish authorities, and dozens of Kurdish journalists who have publicized this have been imprisoned.

  • This hatred of Christians and Kurds in Turkey is not restricted to government officials. It is widespread among the public, as well, and expressed extensively on social media.

  • The situation of minorities in Turkey and their persecution by Turkey -- a member of NATO and perpetual candidate for EU membership -- must be told as often and as loudly as possible.

This is why I have been saying, from the moment that I heard the US was pulling out to let Turkey have some room to manoeuvre, that Trump's end game here is to kick Turkey out of NATO. They're already buying Russian missiles. They're a gateway to the EU for terrorists. Turkey is not our friend.
