Mueller can keep doing his thing...but he won't be able to use anything poisoned by the DOJ/FBI cooked warrant. FISA rules are very specific regardless of previous surveillance on Carter Page. The Republicans and Trump didn't do this without believing it gives them some political advantage....even if it only demonstrates bias in the investigation.
