Black Dog Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 JT goes RoFo! http://www.theglobeandmail.com/news/politics/after-critical-remarks-about-parents-trudeau-will-not-engage-with-sun-media/article20749757/ PT did have an open marriage with his wife didn't he? This came up over a weird image of JT kissing a bride surrounding a bridal party. The groom that allowed that is an absolute tool. But is certainly gives JT that special pimp status. Say what you want about the Sun but they have national print coverage with outlets in every major cities. Ezra's goal is to disturb bleep. What JT is doing here is absolutely no different that RoFo's fight with the Toronto Star. Ah horseshit. The Star was blackballed for being excessively critical of the mayor's policy agenda and pursuit of his personal foibles (like drug use) that had a direct impact on his ability to do the job and was therefore in the public interest. Ezra, by contrast, is a mere panty-sniffer. Quote

Ezra, by contrast, is a mere panty-sniffer. Fine, don't talk to Ezra then. Don't ignore all the reporters that work for a national news chain. And the Star did make a deal about Ford strangling a football player without actually asking the player. The Globe asked the player and he denied the incident. Black Dog Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 And just like with Ford, people can criticize him for it. Don't think anyone was suggesting otherwise. Really though, Ezra and JT should get a show together. They'd have to use the soundstage James Cameron used for Titanic to fit both their egos though. Quote
jbg Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Harper has "been very clear" about sitting on the fence on a ny number of issues. He hid from the climate change thingy today, but we knew he'd do that. I'm waiting for the shitstorm after todays QP.What is about to happen today? Educate me. I can't sit glued to CPAC all day. jbg Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 I wonder how much fossil fuel was burned getting all those people to New York. The gridlock is probably causing the burning of a lot of fossil fuel as well. I was able to cross easily against "Don't Walk" lights this morning (now a politically correct "red hand" rather than the old verbal warning) because the cars were not moving, at least in the grid between 42nd Street and about 36th Street, along Park Avenue. Last night the non-moving area extended all the way down to my office, at 32nd Street. Quote Free speech: "You can say what you want, but I don't have to lend you my megaphone." eyeball Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 There's also no telling when laws of so-called minor importance that are left on the books will be dusted off by some ideological wing-nut with a mission and put back into use. Big Guy Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 Just like Ford, he can ignore anyone he wants. I believe that it is a mistake to boycott any media outlet. I saw that rant by Levant only because I had to if I wanted to understand the reason for the boycott. Personally I find Levant repugnant, not because of his political leanings but for the way he expresses himself and tries to demean others. Levant thrives on publicity and Trudeau played into that trap. Justin mistakenly created a platform for a very obnoxious individual. Black Dog Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 I would think JT is the panty sniffer by the way he acts. Since you're a moron, this is not surprising. Anyway the whole bride-kissing thing is, as expected, a fake controversy. Quote

It has nothing to do with that one thing, trudeau is young and a babe magnet, of course he would be a panty sniffer just like his father. But it still was a poor choice on JT part. He should know better and all it proves is that he is in over his head. Though I find Levant annoying, and could understand any Politician distancing themselves from him personally, Trudeau’s boycott of Sun Media, the largest outlet within Quebec, could come back to bite him……. Derek 2.0 Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 he's still talking to the French-language reporters from Sun Media... Is he? By the same token, it allows Trudeau an out, since he's refused to answer questions from Sun Media for several years.....I suppose we'll see in the months ahead if it will hurt him.......with that said, I don't see how his refusal to talk with a media group that is influential in a Province that his electoral fortunes will depend on, is a good idea. Derek 2.0 Posted September 24, 2014 Report Posted September 24, 2014 He has? Why would it make news today then? It's been in the Sun News for awhile, when ever Trudeau has ducked a tough question, they report it.......as I said, this has been going on far longer than Levant's rant. Quote
