That's of course possible. It wouldn't be the first time, although this one is bigger and more high tech than the others to date. I suspect even if all others give up, Boeing will stay at it. They need to remove the question mark associated with their plane.

20 years ago when I was working offshore, CNN International and BBC World were often the only English speaking news available. Back then I thought CNN was close to the same level as BBC. Now I can't believe it is the same network. CNN often finds a way to reach the same level of looneyness as FOX news, only from a different direction. Maybe the international version of CNN is still respectable but with a few exceptions, the domestic version has become a joke.

$15,000,000 isn't even close. The least expensive aircraft Boeing sells right now is the B737-700 which starts at $95,000,000. The B777-200 ER in question would set you back around $300,000,000. I think I am far more aware of what these aircraft have than you and yes I think that cat has as much idea as to what exactly happened as either CNN or the Globe.

There must be hundreds if not billions of dollars being spent on the search, and there's absolutely nothing! But you suggest that hey it's just some people that don't know what they are doing combined with the latest tech. that is completely incapable, totally useless now?

Actually, in this case the UFO was an unidentified plane that he said exploded in the air.

If you want to be proud of your fringe credentials, then show us why the fringe media is to be believed. Implying that the Globe and Mail is crazy because they believe what you believe doesn't seem like a great strategy IMO.
