Je suis Omar Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 You mean above where you talked about the similarities to Nazi Germany? That would be the many similarities that you are studiously avoiding. There's not enough eyerolls in the world for this. There we have it. Quote
Je suis Omar Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 The lawless Russians tried some members of Unit 731, but the rule of law USA hid the whole affair and safeguarded members of Unit 731 by using what has always worked well on sheeple, they declared it all Soviet propaganda, when here it was the master propagandists, the USA who was covering up their usual depravity. Je suis Omar Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 The only difference ? Well. Please expand, Michael. What is the difference, say, between the USA and ISIS? Quote
Black Dog Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 That would be the many similarities that you are studiously avoiding. Which ones specifically? There we have it. bush_cheney2004 Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 A better word to describe the depravity, the evil that is the USA hasn't yet been coined. Argus Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 What the CIA does best is interfere with another country. All sanctioned by Uncle Sam. So? Lots of countries need to be interfered with. Most of them are brutal dictatorships. Argus Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 The USA does seem to be going down a dangerous road regarding the encroaching police state and legislation that marginalizes people's rights and the constitution. It's not the same as Nazi Germany, but there are some similarities. Really? Which portion of the constitution has been suspended? What rights have Americans lost? Anyone who compares the US to Nazi Germany is going to be dismissed as a ranting loon. Shady Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 What the CIA does best is interfere with another country. All sanctioned by Uncle Sam. Just consider them like Iran who's currently interfering in a number of countries. The latest being Yemen. Sanctioned by you. Quote

On Guard for Thee Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 Just consider them like Iran who's currently interfering in a number of countries. The latest being Yemen. Sanctioned by you. So, no difference between Iran and the US then. Gotcha Quote

Je suis Omar Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 Infidels, perhaps? Or would you prefer 'kafirs'? No, Nazis works quite well as a description for the USA. They are cut from the same cloth. Quote

Je suis Omar Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 (edited) Sure it has....favorite destination for world emigres for over 100 years ! Lots more than Canada. People still die trying to get into that "depraved" place. There are many who align themselves with gangsters, war criminals and terrorists. And there are many who believe the propaganda the USA has pumped out since its sordid beginnings. None of that changes the fact that the USA is the greatest war criminal/terrorist nation on the planet. Edited April 30, 2015 by Je suis Omar Quote

The Rape of the Philippines, the massive war crimes and terrorist actions against Cuba, Nicaragua, Vietnam, Cambodia, Laos, Mexico, Brazil, Chile, Ecuador, Hawaii, Indonesia, ... . Pretty garden variety stuff for an imperial power. So why the Nazis specifically as opposed to, say, Britain or Russia or France or any other global power from the last 200 years? Quote

That's right...we're #1...we're #1 ! Do you think the U.S. should feel bad about it and change its ways ? Maybe turn it down a notch to become a lesser war criminal/terrorist nation like Canada ? Law and order in America won't change one bit either way. Quote Economics trumps Virtue.
GostHacked Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 So? Lots of countries need to be interfered with. Most of them are brutal dictatorships. How's that working out? Dead dictators now mean ISIS is in control. As predicted by some here on this board. Quote

cybercoma Posted April 30, 2015 Report Posted April 30, 2015 Really? Which portion of the constitution has been suspended? What rights have Americans lost? When cops routinely kill unarmed people in the streets, well, you see if you can figure it out. Quote
Big Guy Posted May 1, 2015 Report Posted May 1, 2015 I do not believe that law enforcement officers kill people as a routine. I believe most are good people, many of whom enter that career with the intent of helping others. Being a policeman is still a respected position in society. I also believe that the major problem in the USA is the ease with which one can get a gun. It is estimated that there are about 300 million guns out in the public in the USA. That translates into 1 gun for every man, woman and child. Under those conditions, I would assume that when a policeman is involved in a confrontation with another person then he has to assume that the person has or has access to a gun. Under those conditions, when the bullets fly very easily and very quickly, mistakes happen often. Quote Note - For those expecting a response from Big Guy: I generally do not read or respond to posts longer then 300 words nor to parsed comments.
