Well since CBSA has already said they can only check or scan 1 % of all truck and containers coming into Canada if we invested more than the 1.38 we said we would we could stop all of these precursors' from coming into the country....we could make a huge dent in that problem....but it is only 45,000 Canadians, that have died, only 22 per day....what is the number we need to get to before our government and citizens demand we take some action That's the question we need to ask...If we can't spend money on defending ourselves or protecting citizens from organized crime What is the point of paying taxes?....what is the point of this union when it can't provide basic services?

Ya afghanistan was one huge party, beer and hookers for everyone....Royal Regiment lost 32 of its members , while Canadia lost 158 Canadians most of them in combat, well over 400 have commited suicide after coming home....Every day we were outside the wire which was most of our tour, and then once inside the wire occasionally we were attacked by mortars and rockets, gunfire.... ...So ya relative safety by your terms......and during all that time i never once ran into a guy like you, all mouth and not balls... Cheaper yes, but they would not be able to be used all year round as they don't have enough endurance under the ice...perhaps when new techs are found...other drawbacks are speed, and size is another factor when talking about how many weapons can be carried, and the ability of smashing through the arctic ice... That being said diesel/ AOP/ electric subs are the hardest to track, they are much quieter, cheaper to maintain, easier to repair.

Well i guess you and the military have much different opinions, I have been recognized on more than one occasion for my service, even got a medal with some bars on it, for good conduct, and the Queens jubilee medal for my contributions .I even have piece of paper signed by your hero Justin Trudeau thanking me for my service, not much a big deal everyone that retires gets one if you had a good service record.... So ya i got no problems getting phone calls or invites to regimental functions. During my entire career in the military i might have run across a dozen or so military liberals...and they were mostly in the air force SO if your saying the left is going to have a resistance group of fighters i'm very skeptical, i evisionage more of a climate protester, throwing paint on paintings, glueing one's hand to the road way...Heated arguments over gender issues, LGBTQ discussions and that sort of thing....picking up any type of weapons for the left is going to be a challenge as majority of the left don't have any.... Ukraine has not taken as much ground in Ukraine as the russians have over the last year.... you can sack as many people as you want they all are using the same tactics, mass frontal assualts in most cases....you being in the military know very well a frontal assault is always the most costly... All of which are true, with the exception of the timelines..... the cost of the kursk incursion was a temporary moral booster at best, and now they are wasting more manpower and equipment to keep it... which has seen more than 1/2 of those gains taken back, how ever the cost of manpower and equipment was high and all of that could have been used to reinforce the front lines which are being eroded daily...I mean do you see Ukraine gaining those original Kust potions back any time soon...
