One would hope that important people in government would want to be very meticulous with regards to record keeping as they are often involved in decisions that are extremely important and costly.One might also think that if these same people wanted to wipe out all traces of these records,the reason is that they have something to hide.If everything was done on the up and up,what possible reason could there be to wipe these hard drives?
