Biden the Uniter...
ironstone replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
When it comes to censorship and outright bans against certain people, it is overwhelmingly the left that does it. This is basically so one sided it's not even close. If you truly believe that the right engages in censorship more than the left then you are woefully uninformed. -
Biden the Uniter...

BLM sure looks to support the use of violence from what I see. And they have been a hugely successful money making organization as well. A bit strange since the founders were "trained Marxists" in their own words. They have purchased multi million dollar mansions for themselves as well.. BLM's 'Mostly Peaceful' Riots Cost 1000x More in Damage Than Jan. 6 Capitol Unrest (westernjournal.com) -
Biden the Uniter...
ironstone replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Hey wait just a minute!! Your side is where people routinely get "triggered" and feel "anxiety" and then demand to have "safe spaces". Conservative minded people on the whole are much more likely to just man-up and deal with things normally. Even using the words "man-up" among snowflakes these days will trigger their anxiety.? -

I wish the governments would focus most of their attention towards nuclear energy and discard wind and solar subsidies. -
Biden the Uniter...

The point is that conservatives by and large do not engage in mob violence anywhere near the level of leftists like BLM/Antifa. I get the impression that you're proud of the level of violence and destruction that your side has been engaging in for all these years. And again, your side has little to fear from law enforcement reacting appropriately to all this left-wing violence because their Democratic bosses tell them to just let the mobs do what they want. What is Biden doing to unite the country? -
Biden the Uniter...

That's pretty harsh and inaccurate. For the sake of comparison when BLM and Antifa were engaging in their usual like clockwork riots and looting they really didn't face much opposition from law enforcement because more often than not they were told to stand down and just let them burn and loot. A social justice "warrior" is an oxymoron with legs. -
Hillary Wiped Her Server With BleachBit Despite Subpoena | BWCentral If you think Hillary personally used Bleachbit and hammers and not her staff that's pretty naive. Hillary Clinton Got a Subpoena on Her Emails That Made Her White as a Sheet – American Patriot Daily FBI Admits Hillary Used BleachBit Software Designed to 'Hide Traces Of' Deleted Emails (thegatewaypundit.com) Prosecuting Trump for a misdemeanor for possessing or removing classified documents would seem gratuitous, while prosecuting him for a felony would raise questions of biased or selective prosecution. After all, in 2016, Hillary Clinton had not just 113 documents containing classified material but some documents “classified at the Top Secret/Special Access Program level” on her private email servers. (In Trump’s case, the government allegedly found roughly 100 documents in the Mar-a-Lago raid in addition to roughly 150 handed over by the Trump team under an earlier subpoena.) Clinton’s documents were even more vulnerable to being compromised via her unclassified email account and, according to the FBI, “hostile actors gained access” to some of the information. Yet she was never subjected to a raid, let alone a charge. Yet, while less glaring as a contradiction than the charges on the possession or handling of classified information, an obstruction charge would allow up to a 20-year sentence and could be brought with misdemeanor charges on the mishandling or retention of classified information. Thus, an obstruction charge against Trump would be prosecuted in the shadow of Hillary Clinton’s case. In addition to the transfer of top-secret and other classified documents to her private server, Clinton and her staff did not fully cooperate with investigators. During the investigations of her conduct, some of us marveled at the temerity of the Clinton staff in refusing to turn over her emails and other evidence to State Department and DOJ investigators, including laptops holding suspected classified information. The FBI had to cut deals with her aides to secure their cooperation.

Federal Government in a Surplus

$84 billion of debt> $10 billion surplus. The big picture. Of course most governments and political parties are rather fond of piling up debt, some are worse than others. -
Federal Government in a Surplus

Part of me is pleased that we have a surplus but most of it will be squandered in one way or another. I'm looking at the big picture though. Trudeau government increased national debt by more than $84 billion before COVID-19 | Canada Free Press -
Federal Government in a Surplus
ironstone replied to Queenmandy85's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Regardless of who supports this, it is a waste of money. And the link I posted said 100 million to some kind of LGBTQ blah blah etc etc initiative. $20 million is a lot of money in reality. It's attitudes like yours that have conditioned Canadians to accept government waste as perfectly acceptable. -

The Trudeau government cares about this gender pronoun nonsense. We all know that Joe is TBH, The Big Guy that Hunter refers to in all those emails. Money get's funneled to Daddy. If you truly do read the NYT daily I can forgive you for not being aware of any and all Biden scandals. There have been plenty over all those years. There was even a time many years ago that the MSM called him out on his bad habit of plagiarism. You're likely in the dark about Hunter Biden being paid huge sums of money by hostile foreign governments. Burisma is an Ukrainian oil company that pays him from 50-80 grand per month to sit on the board of directors. Hunter has zero experience in that field. That's just one example. Why would anyone want to pay this useless drug addict so much money? The answer is, access to the President . Hunter Biden: What was he doing in China and Ukraine? - BBC News FBI agent Timothy Thibault hid intel from whistleblower on Hunter, Joe Biden (nypost.com) FBI...running interference for the Biden's. Joe also has a brother James who is heavily involved in the "family business". Joe Biden's BROTHER James is dragged into Chinese payments scandal | Daily Mail Online Pay to play.

To the best of my knowledge Trump hasn't done anything equivalent to what Hillary did with her emails. If you'll recall, her emails were under SUBPOENA as well as the cell phones of her staff. Hillary and her team DELETED the emails and used BLEACHBIT to totally wipe it clean. Then they SMASHED all those cell phones using HAMMERS. This is all about GETTING Trump and NOT about EQUAL justice for everyone.

Biden's Hateful Screed
ironstone replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
You clearly didn't watch the video posted above with Kari Lake in which she pointed out that Democrats had little faith in the integrity of the US electoral system prior to 2020. I've asked this question many times in this forum and have yet to get anyone on the left to admit the Democrats are total hypocrites in this regard. And the clips I've seen of Biden's speech tell me that he has absolutely no interest in unity. He'll continue to lie and demonize his opponents. I almost forgot to mention that The Big Guy will continue to rake in lot's of cold, hard cash thanks to the thriving family business. -
If people hate or don't like Trudeau it's likely because of this kind of sh*t that he keeps ramming down our throats. A budget surplus? Well this is the kind of totally useless crap that our precious tax dollars are being spent on.

Biden's Hateful Screed
ironstone replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
I didn't listen to Biden's speech but at another time he did use the term "semi-fascism" to describe Trump's philosophy. Of course it's a completely foolish statement but what else can we expect from someone like Joe Biden? Biden calling half the country 'fascist' is a cynical political ploy (nypost.com) -
This is pretty interesting.

Everything I've read indicated that Trump's team was cooperating with the DOJ albeit in a slow manner. I'm not aware of Trump or anyone on his staff purposefully doing anything comparable to Clinton and her staff willfully destroying and deleting evidence that was under subpoena. Kind of a huge difference don't you think? And the point I'm trying to make is that this kind of raid on a former President's home would never have happened to a Democrat.

In the case of Hillary, she broke the law but Comey went out of his way to make the case that she should not be charged. It actually sounds like you're not even aware of the Hillary email server story. She was giving the FBI a knowing wink when she and her staff deleted emails that were under subpoena. Hillary Wiped Her Server With BleachBit Despite Subpoena | BWCentral The cell phones from her staff? A first, I'm using a link that mentions CNN. CNN Fact Check Confirms Clinton Aide Destroyed Mobile Devices With Hammers (freebeacon.com) No conspiracy poop, just facts.

The law is not applied equally with Democrats and Republicans. Mark Levin shreds Hillary Clinton and James Comey, calls out hypocrisy of FBI’s Mar-a-Lago raid (msn.com) Bill Clinton Lost President's Nuclear Codes, and Nobody Found Out (businessinsider.com) Talk about about being sloppy. But it's ok because a Democrat did it.
