    I agree with this statement but not for your reason.The reason the gov't paid this money out was not a "buy-off". They were going to get sued for it by the unions due to in their view "unfair" labour negotiation process (eg. unneeded gov't delays, dual process administrative hoops, etc.) The liberals thought if they paid it out "back door" the media wouldn't notice......mistake # n-1of n.

    Braves/Redskins aren't tribes. It's the emblem with a warcrying Seminole that puts it over the edge. To me though if you're naming things and you only have A] Animals B] Forces of Nature or C] Natives to choose from it kind of tells me you aren't honouring them.....no matter how you put it.

    So you're saying you expected the civil servants "whose wages you pay" to decide on their own to sell it for $1 to Bell and you would've been OK? The new paradigm is to pay consultants and hide behind their skirt for tough decisions.......as the paying mob won't take it.

    That's about right. Yet as has been pointed out repeatedly.....such is their perogative.

    The better analogy would be if the gov't enacted legislation that allowed horizontal drilling in your area and this increased the likelihood of causing a sinkhole under your house. You might not get swallowed whole but I'm pretty sure you'd fight it like you were or if your neighbour had a rickety house (ie. brown).

    You must hate honesty as the environment logically would be the first thing as the conference is the first thing that will occur. I guess you wanted him to give you a platitude........like he'd get right over to Syria and show those "m'slums" what for.

    Not if they can set-up in Europe. The issue that needs to be answered is; are the camps in Turkey/Jordan inhumane that they need to be relieved?
