If you think the ridicule for the member is due to his position rather than their baiting posts......consult Argus, Ash, etc on their opinion.

Not at all. This is not a change of view. This is a change of troll. This schtick come about every other month or so. Go ahead if you want. I ignore the member's pedantic posts as it is......flipping 180 and being rude about it will receive the same.

Ontario's ORPP - What's Your Opinion?

Why can't it be invested no different than CPP or the multiple successful public pension funds? Use the same brokers and reduce the fees. -
Sometimes you gotta throw that change-up when you're trolling, else people might get bored.

So this is why I'll be voting Conservative

Not all. I believe our profit margin could be much higher but for our executive. Production is high.....demand is growing.......our lunch is being eaten by poor administrative policies and failed capital management processes. MBA's are not the key to the kingdom.....birthright greases the wheels too. Corporations are NOT a meritocracy. I look around and there is a dearth of leadership and those being promoted have only a veneer of capability as they play the corporate chutes and ladders game. They are holding back corporations from success. -
What I don't understand is why do you care where that person is from......if they said "Guangdong Province"......are you running home to Google it. Its an asinine question intentional offensive or not. I'm caucasian and I get asked on occasion where I'm from due to my dialect....I find it dumb as either they fumbly try to relate to whatever I say or ignore I said anything as they can't relate to it.......just ask me "some weather huh?" and move on.

That would presuppose functioning parents...... Maybe try Hull or Kanata.....

This is proof majority WON'T be voting conservative!

I trust in the competence of the thinktank he will parrot and there's nothing sobering more than financial reality.....Rae learned it.....hard. I think Mulcair understands it more......he may be an environmental zealot but Quebec Liberal is pretty tight with money.....as far as QC goes. -

Actually I think the converse is true.....that $10M CEO would have no clue how to run a KFC shop (watch those undercover boss things). I've directly observed the last 4 CEO's at my company.......know their trick......continue on with the botched policies of the retired CEO til it gets them their severence package or just doing the exact opposite of the turfed CEO until the board doesn't like that.......and we still make 100's millions in profit..........that MBA degree is working overtime I tell's ya. I bet those yahoos couldn't organize a long weekend schedule for KFC. -

No partisans, I'm saying a party in power long enough is no longer controlled by a leader.....it is its own momentum. No different than terrorist cells, gangs, etc. It becomes a culture on to itself. Cut off the head and the hydra will just spawn younger ones. CPC, LPC, whatever. Even NDP will become this if they ever wield power. Control is the goal.....not improvement. Can we thank Harper for the hydra we have now......probably......but that Liberal corruption machine can be equally placed at Chretien's feet even IF he wasn't on the take. Sometimes you gotta "toss the bums out" for no other reason than there are too many heads on that hydra. -

Do people really believe Harper is the lynch pin for all this? That he truly is some lone authoritarian? That somehow the PMO will 180 under a new figurehead? That although his "style" will be gone so will the substance. You're dreaming in technicolour. -
It summed up what this topic was all about.........like fishing with dynamite.

Polls? Be suspicious of the New Hidden Closet
Bob Macadoo replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
When you make these glib statements you lose your argument......they are nothing alike. CPC vocal voters don't get sodomized in back alleys by groups wanting to "correct" their behaviour. Make your claim without ridiculous "Hitler Comparisons". -
So he will be significantly more attractive in his expiring year as opposed to the pentultimate year? Take the chance for more shoulder injury?
-
You actually don't see the irony in complaining about anti-harper rants......in a thread created to "demonize" 2 other parties......brilliant.

Boston is more serious than us.....and half of them reject it.

It depends if Soudas stays.....if he bolts.....gamble lost.....if he stays win/win. -
Unless you look at parliament as a whole bicameral entity.....oh wait...

I think a telling view in all this is the folks on here think the payday is just grand in lieu of emotional/physical abuse......yet are the same folks who bemoan that these payouts occur and should somehow come from thin air. -
Is the LSUC a private institution or is it a legislatively controlled governing body? Seems like TWU wants to become part of the public sphere now. Why can't they just stay "private" teach/govern however they want and issue certificates like any private college (ie Everest)? Graduates then can apply for equivalency evaluation when they get out. Win/win.

Yeah glad Canada contributed our Heavy Water and Materials testing........once again we donate the boring.

I think your understanding/logic are fatally flawed.Judges, especialy SC ones, don't charge people under ridiculously broad statutes......that's the crown at the behest of governing circle. The absurdity was not that the CPC would be charged....yet they craft such poor legislation that if this was batshitcrazyland they "could" be charged......its strawmen on both sides.....light the match and burn it all....whoo-hoo.
