The quandary is a fabrication. The definition of crisis is dependent on the context it's being used, health crisis, financial crisis, personal crisis, environmental crisis and on and on it goes. How do you personally hold it to account precisely, what steps or measures do you take? Anything like volunteering on local government boards or committees, APC's Harbour Advisories/Authorities etc? Or do you figure they're the ones that need to be held to account?
