It's Media Bribery Season for the LPOC Again
eyeball replied to WestCanMan's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
10 hours ago according to the time stamp on the post you quoted. And of course above all else we always always lie. Trust me. -
Yeah, I wouldn't believe me either.
-
No that's the truth. All you ever do is tell the truth.
-
And emissions went down too? Okay but no one gives a shit about that either.
-
You've been saying so for decades.

I was just telling you what like to hear yes of course Everyone knows you lefties believe that such things are ALWAYS legal Yes...of course we believe this, like we also believe in doing nothing about climate change, transparency, or peace. We love being ruled by dictators, being poor and not trying to get ahead. And of course above all else we always always lie. Of course you believe me right? LMAO! -
For things like cataract surgery and other non-life threatening conditions? Your source is mute on how many of these there are amongst the 75000 mentioned in the study. Sure, as often is the case the facts are in the source's you provide. Your own views laid over these of course also refute your bullshit. How many Canadians died because they lacked insurance again?

Liberal Party Takes Lead in Polls
eyeball replied to TreeBeard's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
It certainly is for that conservative sub-culture that cleaves towards Trump - the most solid third or more of Pierre Poilievre's supporters. Poilievre is stuck between a frustrated and a stupid place as evidenced by the apparent schism developing in his party. Between those who want more focus on Trump as the election issue then the issues he's been grooming himself and his party to campaign on for the last two years. Poilievre risks alienating the most solid part of his base by distancing himself from Trump. He's doubly screwed by also having to get rational voters to believe he means it. As for the fùck the liberals fixture of conservative culture...the split developing within the Conservative Party between by rational conservatives and the nutbars is no where near as bad as the one that's all but destroyed the old in the GOP. -

Yes of course, but if it's illegal how come no one's been charged, prosecuted, convicted and sentenced? Over 2 billion in illegal bribes and...crickets is all you got? That's pathetic. -
That people died from being on a waiting list? It doesn't say that at all. It simply says they died while on a waiting list. Your source makes no distinction between two distinctly different things. I prefer to go by my own experience. During COVID both my wife and I were diagnosed with critical conditions that needed surgery. I waited two months and my wife waited three. More bullshit. No one in Canada dies from a lack of insurance.

Good thing I don't want that. Liberals don't have a chance where I vote so don't worry. Neither do Conservatives BTW. I'm hoping my vote contributes to there being a minority government. Doesn't matter to me if its Liberal or Conservative. Just so long as neither have all the power. Who needs, as you put it, a dictator for the next four years? Canada shot itself in the head decades ago when it signed onto Ronald Reagan and Margaret Thatcher's view of how the world should be.

It's not like judges can go order the air-force to go fetch the planes and turn them around. Maybe it should be in the judicial branches power to do that. What's to prevent the three branches of your government from falling into some sort of civil war over usurpation by one another? Whose side will the armed forces take? You guys are falling into a really weird messed up place down there.

Already posted? Figures lie and liars figure... From your source... The report is the latest “Died on a Waiting List” policy brief from SecondStreet since the conservative-leaning organization began tracking wait-list deaths in the spring of 2018. Since then, the think tank has counted 74,677 cases where Canadians passed away while waiting for treatments. These range from potentially life-saving ones, such as heart operations or cancer therapy, to life-enhancing ones, such as cataract surgeries and hip replacements. Dying while ON a waiting list is not the same as dying BECAUSE they were on a waiting list. This sounds suspiciously like, I should say exactly like, the schtick used to accuse governments of inflating COVID deaths to pump the fear - alleging that authorities counted anyone who died that had both COVID and a co-morbidity counted as a COVID death. Like I said figures lie and liars figure and there just ain't no cure for it.
