yeah i get all of your points. that you don't believe that certain populations that have been poor for a very long time do not deserve to be properly represented in the workplace, public sector and education. even if the government could pass a law in a day and have them shipped overseas to take a bullet in the head. and that you are all old white guys. i did some consulting in Atlanta in the 90's for a few short months. all of the management were white males. all of the non-management were blacks. the management i communicated with let out that they had a management practice that if non-management workers got "uppity" then they would "re-nigg". i... kid... you... not. they laughed. maybe it was just a joke. i wasn't around long enough to find out.

Texas, at the time, had decided that protecting prenatal life from the moment of conception was in the states interest. what supporters of any kind of abortion were afraid of was losing that "right to abortion" and thus that conversation. abortion is now completely banned in some states. even in cases of rape or possibility of mortality for mother. um, do you guys read anything you cite? i mean, beyond the headline? its a pretty tough sell for SCOTUS to claim that they "originalists", have already enshrined states with more powers than ever (Roe vs Wade) and then obliterate a very clear piece of the constitution. but they will... but they'll fail Trump on his immunity case and call it even.

Biden said he would shut the border if given the legal authority. the senate Dems did not give the GOP everything they wanted because a large percentage of Americans obviously are not too worried about it and communicate as such through the organizations that support immigrants etc. you can hope to hell that these people shut up which is not going to happen or you can negotiate the best deal that you can get. or you get nothing. Trump trashed the deal. and he'll get nothing in November if he becomes president. looks like the US will be turning more and more brown. i'll have to get ready to speak spanish when i go.

only the Trump Organization has been convicted to date. with Trump supporters that doesn't percolate up even if he was the CEO of the organization. as some of his supporters suspect... he will have been sent by god if he squeeks through the indictments he has. i mean the hush money case in March, really fail to see how he isn't convicted in that one alone. but his supporters don't care. he's said he could shoot someone and not lose a supporter. so what does this say about the his supporters?

yeah, but did Biden's policies drive more people from where to live in the south the the US border? i'm willing to listen if you're able to dig up real studies that identify immigration being stifled by border barriers. are there any? its already been outlined that if Biden wanted to keep fighting in court against immigration proponents to keep people in Mexico that he was losing (because Trump had already started losing). it is clear that the laws have to change in order for the executive branch to be on a good footing for that kind of change. notwithstanding that Mexico says no. but do we hard evidence that that policy keeps immigrants from moving north? one thing is clear... the president would have more legal powers over the border withe Senate border bill recently trashed. and we all know why and we all know that Trump didn't read it. as i've stated, this is all so short sited. and its short sited because Trump is short sited. he just needs to get in office and shut some of his legal problems down. he could give a rats a$$ about immigrants and the border. when he's in office it'll be his problem, the Dems can stonewall his powers and then blame him for it. an endless cycle.
