The rule of law either exists or there's no law. Dictatorship and lawlessness. Little lying tongues will twist and vibrate but anyone with a single working cell in their brain gets that. Don't tell you didn't know.

There will be no erasing this shameful and revulsing episode from the history now no matter how hard little lying tongues and sweaty lying hands vibrate. Done deal, stamped and sealed, in history.

Two centuries back American republic came on the face of this planet in a protest against an overreach by a colonial power. And now, two centuries on, Americans think nothing about their leader grasping for unchecked and unlimited power, tantamount and equivalent to that of a dictator? Fascinating. Unprecedented. Did America just invent a time machine working in only one, backward direction though?

Federal judges have temporarily blocked nearly two dozen actions of President Donald Trump’s administration. So far the administration shows no signs of respecting them. In a constitutional republic, no one can be above the law. Consequently, an end to the rule of law means the end of the constitutional order. I hope not many in America are carefree, lighthearted or dumb for the lack of a better word, to not see this direct and immediate connection. Over the centuries of history many peoples have found out the hard way the cost and consequences of unchecked authoritarian and tyrannical rule. Dumbness and ignorance will not protect anybody, America included from experiencing and feeling the consequences of the failure of the rule of law immediately and to the full extent.

There's no erasing this record from history now. It will be studied by and reverberate in generations.

And they have. Russia, North Korea, Nicaragua and the United States of America. This has to be America's new club now. Only there can she find understanding and respect, from now on. America is not coming back to the role and status of the leader of the free world, not for a long time and quite possibly, never. Done deal. No lies can fix it now.

Who doesn't understand: Congress entourage, sessions, midterms elections themselves become pointless and meaningless if the budding dictator stops observing the laws that are made. Putin's, Xi's pet "parliaments" and "assemblies" have all of that, what would be the difference? And America is right at that point now, the final failure of the constitutional order if he continues to blatantly ignore court orders with complete impunity. The failure of the rule of law means nothing less than the end of the constitutional order: now factually. America played with, ignored and shrugged off many things that shouldn't have been allowed. And here is the last and final one: withing a touch and a matter of days.

This is the reality, now. In the eyes of the whole world. C'mon try to change it. America's new club.

Certain as the night the slimy, corrupting and rotting by the minute Republican goo have seen and understood what it is even with their decomposing brains devoid of any remnants of integrity, honesty and decency. Note how some pathetic, miserable folk here claiming to be ex-army, having honor and principles is reduced to sending coy smiles having nothing to say about where this disgusting progression leads? Yes, right. There's no, cannot be any rational explanations or justification for this grotesque travesty that's been unfolding before our eyes in any sane version of our universe.

Well, that's what they did any number of the last times. Find one difference. This was such an easy (well one has to make a correction for 1789) oversight by the founding fathers: that personal integrity of an individual can be if not assured then reasonably expected based only on some words and declarations. All, 100% of the integrity of the system depends on the integrity of specific, a relatively small number too individuals. And they can be corrupted or replaced. Stalin knew that a century ago, and Hitler, almost. A century of blissful sailing into the wall, sleepwalking march into disaster.

On the 236th year of its history, the United States voted with the aggressor on the matter of his aggression. Supported the aggressor, in fact and by deed. That's it, the record in history for as long as it will exist. To be studied by students and professors, with all details and names. Nothing can change the fact of record now. No such lying twisting words exist.

To note that there's nothing new to it. Hitler had his mobs for intimidation long before formal ascension to political power. It just was easier from there. Well no one can ignore it now: U.S. votes with Russia against U.N. resolution condemning Russia's war. What could one say that the eyes wouldn't see?
