At the last moment, the replacement was wrong. The Time asked made it very clear that the strongest possible candidate was needed. Democrats came up with their old patently failing template and a "meh" in place of real, intelligent effort. The Time doesn't tolerate neglect. This resounding failure has more than one owner.
