The new home of the brave, and the land of the free
myata replied to myata's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
As the thug's onslaught falters and Ukraine regains ground for the rest of your miserable days will you be reminding yourself that you could have been on the side of the brave but chose that of the stinky liars. Dumb and sucking at that too. No excuses now. Being dumb and without honor and principles is no virtue. -

Sucks, doesn't it good for nothing? If you had anything to do with those who can fight, you gave it all up and wasted for a p*ssed lying penny. Sucking your lying idol's stinky orifice is all you can do now with disgrace and dishonor. Can be irreversible too. Miracles do happen.. but rarely. -
With each new ugly act the Republicans dive ever deeper into the abyss of moral decay and decomposition from which there will be no return to the normal world. Truth exists. Maga lies. Anyone with a single working cell in the brain knows that. And at some point, sooner or later it will come out into the light. And this time around, for those who propped and enabled the lies there will be no credible explanations, not a speck of a credible excuse. They knew everything. And they chose it freely and willingly. That will be the verdict of the history. How could it be any different?

If he isn't a direct asset then Russians struck some magic pot with an enemy of the free world on par with or better than them. -
Every Republican has to understand these days: with the corruption and insanity hitting these unprecedented and unseen levels, it's the act that will be deciding your standing and the place in the history and for the posterity, not little words. Words aren't enough, and if they go against the act, its the latter one that counts. It's scary to go against the corruption and insanity bandwagon? You bet. You can lose a warm place and cookies? Well that came with the duty the one you gave oath to uphold. No squirmy way to get out of the dilemma in these times and every time that the duty is called. You retain yourself, dignity and integrity and uphold it, every step of the way. Or you'll go down as miserable hypocritical liars, if not traitors. You've read about those, surely. No need to push away and hide those memories.

There are two main owners of this debacle which will now reverberate for decades and generations without any clear exit back to normality. One is rotting Republican party - now completely freed of last relics of integrity that has been the main foundation of the constitutional order in America. And the second, but also a necessary contribution without which it couldn't have happened is the astounding lightheartedness, blindness and complacency of the democratic party. This was the task and the challenge that couldn't be failed. But Joe wanted to rule in his dream world. He thought he could dictate his wishes to the reality in no less detached manner as his mindless successor. Nobody could call through to Joe. No one was home. At the last moment, the replacement was wrong. The Time asked made it very clear that the strongest possible candidate was needed. Democrats came up with their old patently failing template and a "meh" in place of real, intelligent effort. The Time doesn't tolerate neglect. This resounding failure has more than one owner.

Did you mean Democrat congressfolk as well? They look terribly smug and mum.. waiting for that election has to be, the wise strategy and then zip right back to the status quo. Just like in Germany, 1938, right? Democracy is guaranteed it's just the process. With some people some lessons will never be learned.

The story of U.S. anthem these days describes Ukraine's struggle for the right to exist and independence, objectively and factually. America's glory is in the past by the choice: voluntary dumbing down and sleepy complacency about the principles and value that should never be neglected or forgotten. Freedom is not a badge but a choice. And the choice was made. This is the free world now: -

This is what it is for you, the struggle for survival every bit and day like WWII? "LOL"? Congrats !diot. You ended up in the same brainless league and very likely, entirely clueless about that. -

Facts speak for themselves - vibrating twisty tongues will add nothing, just can't. -
There's no question now how it could have happened? The answer is before our eyes: Republican party, this is how it's happening. The textbook example, for generations. How could one wash it off, redeem it? .. with some help from the Democrats. Let's just wait for the next election, in 1938. They'll have to hand it over and then, back to the blissful sleepy business of usual.
