The Chinese doctor who was the first one to sound the alert on this virus is dead from it! He's only 34! You'd think that having found this new virus - and being a doctor - he'd have done everything to protect himself - and yet, he died! At the age of 34! Anyone is vulnerable.

That's been planned well-ahead. It's been staged. Lol. Surely not everything on that speech was bad (according to the Dems) - we've seen them applauding and standing up for some policies. And yet, Ms Drama Queen tore everything up! Look how calmly she posed with a smirk, as she ripped them up. She looked around to see the effect of what she's doing!

The term, RACISM, is being loosely used by media and Liberals. It is only logical to pinpoint the group (in this case, Chinese) from whom the problem is coming from. It's part of being CAUTIOUS! We don't know if Chinese living in Canada have had some contact with anyone who came from China - like one of our foreign students had his father visiting from China, two weeks ago! We can't really trust the screening process - especially so when the incubation period is 14 days! We have told our foreign students that they cannot attend a grand party for all foreign students next week. We've explained why. I have no problems with culinary cultural differences - if they like eating snakes or other stuffs that we aren't used to, why should that bother me? It's no different than us wanting to eat liver pate' or slurping down raw oysters at a bar. Having said that..... My concern is about this virus. I don't think we are being told the full picture here......not by our officials or by WHO. Maybe, they don't know much either. We can't trust the information coming out of China. Period. Though they seem to try to do something right about having these quarantined cities........ ....for one thing, China is concerned more about saving face than saving lives. That's how this regime is, that's just the way they are. It happened with SARS, why not with coronavirus? China has been urged to reveal the full extent of its Sars outbreak amid claims that true case numbers are being concealed. http://news.bbc.co.uk/2/hi/health/2932319.stm If this virus isn't so deadly a killer (comparing it with SARS) - why does Wuhan look like a ghost town? People seem to be so scared. They more likely know something we don't. I bet the death rate is a whole lot way higher than what we hear. Btw, the guy who died in the Philippines was said to have been recovering when suddenly, in a matter of hours - everything went south!

Just to help you out, Schumer did not ask Roberts "to do something inappropriate." He asked Robert's if he was aware of a precedent regarding a tie-breaking vote. Roberts responded that that precedent would not be appropriate in this situation, if there were a tie vote. Which there was not. So it was just hypothetical.
In other words, you seem to have absolutely no idea what you're talking about. And "doober" is slang for marijuana cigarette, so you even got that wrong.

China has allegedly quarantined cities, and yet it's still spreading. Furthermore, someone came up with a good point - if an authoritarian regime like China cannot stop the spread of this virus, what more with democratic countries (that can't prevent people from exercising their freedom)?

So many questions about this virus. No one really knows much about this virus, right? Are we being given an accurate information by CHINA regarding stats? It's all about saving face with China, therefore the possibility that the stats of contamination, and death rates are quite higher than what they say, is very real. Politicking also plays a big part with countries, and WHO......therefore, no one questions the reliability of China's information. Or, they don't say it publicly. They don't want to cause panic - and especially"racism?" Liberal ideology can cloud their better judgement? How can we trust the screening process at entry points, if the incubation period is 14 days? If it's being "contained," how come it's still spreading in other countries?

It's being explained right now by the legal counsel for Trump's defense.
The committees do not have the legal standing to issue subpoenas because the House did not vote on it! Apparently, that's a very important step that was done in every past impeachment proceedings! Pelosi does not have the authority to issue it.
