CBC Carole McNeil suggests White House veering on "authoritarian" with controlled messages to media.
Well? We have "controlled" media when we got the CBC and CTV, both being mouthpieces for the sitting government! They even go along and propagandize the deceptive narrative of giving all the credits to Trudeau (Trump renegotiating NAFTA) - to make him look good to Canadians!

Agreed...the CBC has been state sponsored and controlled for decades.

And I had always heard that 2 heads were supposed to be smarter than 1. But you are partly correct, it is paid for in part by tax dollars.
