Muslim Immigration and Integration
Leafless replied to eyeball's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Tell us more or that in fact you have no more to tell us, with your Liberal type unproven allegations. The same article says: -
Ever hear of the (now defunct) Canada/U.S. auto pact? Which makes me wonder why maybe we should create an auto pact with China rather than kiss American butt for jobs. Or better still create our own auto manufacturing sector.

Many of us have been awake for just as long a period of time as yourself.

We are talking assimilation/integration relating to Canada, that's why. Cultural problems are common both to Canada and the U.S. I think though in Canada's case, major cultural problems were self induced by corrupt political parties. You must be foreign to the fact that Canada already has been assimilated by U.S. culture.
-
In Canada we do not demand assimmilation, but is this a good thing. How can it be a good thing when we allow masses of different cultures to thrive (partially integrate) knowing full well this is destroying Canadian nationalism and a unified Canadian identity and our majority Canadian Western culture. Allowing un-Western type ethnic immigrants to reside in Canada with their (in varing degrees) volatile political baggage and indifferent and sometimes troublesome devisive culture IMO is inviting cultural destruction, relating to MAINTAINING our majority pro Western culture. I fully believe integration rather than assimilation in this country, is favoured by government to appease the perceived normality of Canada harbouring two devisive English/French cultures. This is accomplished under the guise of multiculturalism, but at the humiliating expense, of the destruction of our Western, English speaking Canadian culture.

Obama's spiritual mentor says: God Damn America
Leafless replied to Leafless's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
The Trinity church Obama is a member of harbours as well as a religious doctrine, a Black political doctrine as well. Obama's Pastor, Rev. Jeremiah Wright can be best described as a pro Black cultural activist with Obama being a loyal follower. Perhaps this is what Obama has in store for America when he speaks of change, is the promotion of a separate White/Black culture, similar to what Canada harbours relating to its separate official English/French languages based on devisive, volatile culture. -

You probably think integrate means assimilate. THINK AGAIN. The government does nothing to encourage assimilation. Official multiculturalism and the Charter allows foreign cultures to retain their foreign culture. That is the policy of government. Is this not allowing Muslims or other foreign cultures to retain their culture. Integration ALLOWS Muslims to retain their CULTURE. -

No, not on the scale and not as minorties in a foreign country, especially with a having reputation as murderous terrorist around the world. What would happen to minority Whites in Pakistan if they raped, murder, riot the same way Muslims do in France? -
I watched it and Layton sounded like a small town nobody crying the blues. Here is the transcript from that show. http://www.stephentaylor.ca/archives/000963.html

Muslim Immigration and Integration
Leafless replied to eyeball's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
It is policy within Charter rights and Freedoms for foreigners to retain their culture. This of course must be TRUE or the federal government would not have created a $920-million dollar immigration fund to help immigrants integrate into Canadian society. Ten million dollars has been alocated to help 180,000 immigrants in Ottawa with half of them being here since 1991. In Ontario alone: Integration though is not the same as assimilation and as a result foreign immgrants will still be able to retain their culture despite vast amounts of money being spent IMO for nothing. Immigrants should be tapped from more compatible sources relating to Canada's majority culture. http://www.canada.com/ottawacitizen/news/c...1f-f746c7c02c7a -
Muslim Immigration and Integration

You do not need the Charter to verify that so called minorities were denied rights given to all other Canadians but them. If minorities cannot advance their quality of life within their obvious limited cultural abilities, then they must assimilate and if they do not assimilate and they suffer because of it, then that is their problem and no one elses. All Canadians ALWAYS had the same rights as any other Canadian. But then again to say we are all equal in all ways is a figment of the imagination. For government to forcefully intervene with special rights within the Charter for minorities, is an discriminatory, shameful attack on law abiding citizens of Canada and that deserves no tolerance or respect for that type of imposed legislation. -

Relating to Quebec it was an interpretation of cultural rights that as allowed Quebec to be classified as a 'founding people', resulting in official multiculturalism, official languages, official bilingualism and Charter Rights and Freedoms. Now Aboriginals are demanding the same rights as Quebec. Canadians were by passed relating to any decision concerning Quebec cultural authority in determining their perceived place in Canada. Canadians have been shafted and continue to be shafted. Relating to immigrants, a flawed immigration policy by an unknown author, that allows millions of foreign immigrants into this country and protected by Charter Rights and Freedoms, human rights legislation and associated hate laws Again Canadians have been shafted by their own government. Immigration policy should be established by way of a referendum to allow Canadians to decide what type of immigration should be allowed into this country and the standards they are expected to abide by. -
Canada's need for more diversified trade
Leafless replied to UShaditComing's topic in Canada / United States Relations
Certaintly seems that way though, doesn't it? Maybe there is nothing to wise up to, nothing, silly boy. Unless we can pawn off the entire country as the world's most wanted buffer zone. -
Muslim Immigration and Integration
Leafless replied to eyeball's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Multiculturalism indeed has been part of Canada since its birth and has allowed immigrants to be assimilated into the Canadian/Western culture to become honourable Canadians. In 1971 official multiculturalism was unleashed with the intent being to allow minoritiy groups, Quebec, Aboriginals and immigrants, with policies to allow them to retain their cultural identity. So in effect GostHacked, 'official multiculturalism' is primarily a cultural weapon, invented by the Liberal party of Canada, to destroy the established culture of multicultural Canada. This is in effect, a war on multicultural Canadians and their established culture. -

What multiculturist are you taking about as multiculturalism is derived from biculturalism and is a gift from Trudeau, primarily to force Quebec ideologies into Canadian society. Official multiculturalism is working like a cancer on Western culture/religion/traditions and it seems all national federal political parties are content with bringing down majority current Canadian Western beliefs. We need a government that will STAND UP FOR MAJORITY WESTERN CANADIAN CULTURAL BELIEFS or create one that will. -
Dion inciting Ontario Revolution?
Leafless replied to Slim MacSquinty's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
Canadian politics is hopelessly corrupt and has little to do with the way the wind is blowing or by the think tanks but has to do with conflicting political ideologies focused on the corrupt desires of a minority French culture. It seems from some of your other posts, you want to further complicate dysfunctional Canadian politics with the addition of conflicting Muslim ideologies. -
Dion inciting Ontario Revolution?
Leafless replied to Slim MacSquinty's topic in Federal Politics in Canada
So, official multiculturalism and official bilingualism are Conservative ideologies? Harper is no longer scary since he promotes Liberal sentiments and programs especially relating to Quebec. If moving to the left is considered right, then this reinforces my notion that Canadian politics is hopelessly dysfunctional. -
Dion inciting Ontario Revolution?

This is one area Dion knows what he is talking about. Quebec was built by fear mongering and he is simply advocating Ontario do the same. And the left says Harper is scary. -
The Fall of the US Dollar
Leafless replied to August1991's topic in Federal Politics in the United States
Another major consideration relating to the euro is you cannot have so many countries using the same interest rate at the same time without major problems cropping up. Give the euro a little more time along with the bickering European countries will cause the euro to drop dramatically along with the probable end of the European Union itself. -
Why don't you take up residence in Africa, where I am quite certain you would feel a lot more comfortable.

Top Ten Signs You're a Fundamentalist Christian
Leafless replied to kuzadd's topic in Religion & Politics
Nothing is confined to Christianity in usage. A Jew or Muslim or anyone can walk into a Catholic church or any other Christian church and say the Lords prayer or any prayer. What your saying means nothing and is totally irrelevant to those who follow the Christian religion and their prayers. -
Your logic is twisted. Canada consist of ten provinces and is not one single entity like what you are claiming. When population statistics state the population of Canada is 33 million, they are stating IOW, the total population of ALL TEN Canadian provinces is 33-million. You got be a Liberal, with no respect for individual provinces or majorities of any kind.

That's because they also have a bias against alcohol, consumed in moderation of course. Of course though we would all enjoy living to 110 yrs. old all crippled up in a wheelchair with 110 additional ailments, I think.
