So what kind of application relating to geothermal are you talking about or to service what a house, city? We are living in a country in a country that experiences Arctic type winters and I doubt if expensive geothermal or conventional type heat pumps are going to really help that much. I think Canadians won't have a choice but to seek out the cheapest alternative for essentials like home heating even if it is coal. This should also be a priority with government to ensure Canadians do not freeze in the dark and can heat themselves at reasonable cost or society will crumble.

This is a serious situation IMO. PM Harper when trying to reply to an unfounded allegation from the Liberals the other day, could not answer because of heckling and catcalls for the good part of a minute. This type of behavior is getting worse all the time and shows little respect for the PM and the House of Commons itself. The Liberals are becoming especially skilled in this area as reaction specialists who exploit excessive emotions over trivial or unproven matters in a desperate attempt, it appears, to help increase their low ratings in the polls.

Moving a thread for the risk of future clutter does not discount the fact that this reason could also be used as a form of censorship, to move that thread to a less conspicuous place. As a matter of fact a thread containing many responses, could actually contribute to future clutter, by having members repost opinions that have already been discussed, earlier in the thread. Obviously no one is going to read a hundred replies to verify what they are going to post has not already been said.

You moved this thread to to the ongoing already open thread 'Cadman allegedly offered money' which ended up as post #182, under that thread. I noticed Shakeyhands complained 'why open another thread on this subject when one was already open' prior to you moving it. The point is Anthony, my post had nothing to do with Cadman being offered money but more to do with Mr. Harper disciplining the Liberals. By moving my post you destroyed the impact of my post relating to Mr. Harpers move, by burying it deep under the 'Cadman allegedly offered money thread' and a move that no doubt delighted Shakeyhands a Liberal supporter. Is it because you want to play political favourites with forum members, please advise me if this is the case. What other possible reason could you have to remove a very interesting and important Conservative reaction to the Cadman scandal by burying it deep where few members would see it?

I initiated that specific thread because I found it to be quite accurate. I was expecting more input from conservative minded people and certainly not to trigger the liberals into their 'attack mode'.
