I'm aware of the Build Canada Homes program but it's not a $13B agency, it's providing that initial amount in financing for builders. It's financing, not a give away. I don't disagree on the taxes and fee's to get home built. That's a provincial and municipal issue to tackle though, not the federal governments.

I didn't say I disagreed with reducing number of TFW's, but I'm not convinced it's the issue Poilievre is trying to make it. Agree, you have mayor and business leaders in outlying communities saying they're essential. You have conservative MP's saying they're essential....and that includes the big city. Like everything...revisit it and tweak where needed. Again, don't disagree at all that our immigration policy needs to be level set to today's reality.

That's a good question because their going to be tested daily... American's were wearing Canadian patches to travel Europe back in the 80's. Right or wrong they've known as arrogant whereas Canadian's were always polite. Still that way. Not sure I'd be travelling too far right now if I was an American, and sure would be checking for 'stuff' in my food if I was.
