What response from this administration? Be specific. Last I checked this was still under investigation and there is no real comment, let alone anything that is indifferent. That point is still absurd on its face, as we are spending billions in smart munitions to specifically target military targets instead of just carpet bombing with dumb bombs. It is evidenced by the fact that we are not blowing up schools every day, all day long, or other civilian infrastructure with kids inside.

Sustainablity: Must each province have more people?
User replied to August1991's topic in Provincial Politics in Canada
As you type this out on an internet forum, using the internet, on some computer device, with your electricity, likely in your modern home full of untold conveniences... still alive and healthy because of all the modern medicine you take advantage of... Give me a break. -

What evidence is there that technological civilizations wipe themselves out almost as soon as they arise? ROFL Seriously man, put up or shut up. Give us this doomsday timeline. You can't. You won't, because its BS. You didn't either. You can't even bring yourself to cite anything relevant. You just say IPCC. -
On them... in the "city" type areas of the base where shopping is located, families live in houses; they are not built right next to the Tanks or an F-35 hangar. They would be blown up if our enemy was targeting the commissary or an auto mechanic club... You leftists just can't stop trying to demonize your own damn country and equate us to countries like Iran.

What about it? The climate crisis and doom-and-gloom crowd have been saying this for decades now. -
More of your subtle dishonest tactics. NATO setting the standards is irrelevant to the claim that Canada changed things up this past year. Nor does this dispute Canada trying to pass off its big tree program, in part, as military spending. All you are doing now is trying to say sure it happened, but it still meets NATO standards. Well... no, that is the whole point of this discussion, that the investigative reporter looked at the numbers and they are. Canada counts tree planting and grants toward NATO spending target but still falls short https://www.westernstandard.news/news/canada-counts-tree-planting-and-grants-toward-nato-spending-target-but-still-falls-short/71765#:~:text=Canada counts tree planting and,Shared Services Canada What evidence do you have that the military was planting that many trees BEFORE this program? The article you cited does not say that. "The Department of National Defence will plant nearly 14,500 trees on military housing sites over the next five years as part of the federal government’s two billion trees program."

You keep doing it again. You try to claim it is not happening and a lie, but then claim its just as true as claiming pasta as defense spending... Fact: There is a large-scale tree planting program Fact: Military bases are a part of this The fact being asserted: The government changed accounting methods to include not only the tree planting, but many other things indirectly part of "defense" spending to bolster the numbers. This was not just some average landscapig costs, it was literally a national effort to plant billions of trees.

Seriously man. Stop being such a pathetic lying coward. 1996: “This Is an Anti-Fraud Amendment” In 1996, Schumer argued in favor of identification requirements tied to preventing fraud. “Let’s admit the truth,” Schumer said at the time. “Everywhere people go they’re asked for a Social Security card. In fact, one way to prove you’re a bona fide person who can have a job is to ask for a driver’s license and a Social Security card. This is an anti-fraud amendment.” He continued by saying one of the main concerns constituents raised about illegal immigration was that individuals could obtain jobs and benefits “because of fraud.” The comments reflected a broader bipartisan push in the 1990s toward tightening documentation standards tied to employment and benefits. https://wabcradio.com/2026/02/16/schumer-back-tracks-on-voter-id-anti-fraud-then-jim-crow-2-0-now/

What exactly is the lie? You call it a lie, but then immediately defend and justify it.
