No... but there is also a matrix assessing the probability of risk, the costs to mitigate, and the costs if not mitigated. Just because there is a risk doesn't mean it's bad, really bad, or worth trying to prevent and/or mitigate. Well... that is still not a great analogy. There can be more than one motivation for military action here as well as overlapping positve results. Can you explain how the Constitution is not being followed? Since the country's founding, presidents have engaged in military actions as the head of the Executive branch and have the power to command the armed forces. Trump is not ruling by decree or the snap of his fingers.

Trump did not sign a surrender. Afghanistan was not controlled by the Taliban; there was still an Afghan government. The Taliban was not left to run wild. The US was still providing logistical support to the local Afghan government. Advising, equipment, and intelligence. Biden did not leave with any grace at all. The Taliban were not following the terms of the deal and Biden did nothing more than advertise to them we were leaving and it didn't matter which further emboldened them to prepare for the major counter offensive to retake all of Afghanistan the moment we left. That was Biden's doing. Not Trumps.
