Oh yeah, I left out that there are actually transportation companies that exist to help older people get to their medical appointments. If you live in a care home, most of them have vans/busses to transport the old people living there to medical appointments. I am just a person who is knowledgeable enough to not come to a dead end at thinking the only resource available to someone is having a kid.
