Once again, on October 7th Israeli's were on a major Holiday. No one was doing anything to anyone in Gaza. Hamas ran Gaza. Hamas was in charge. Hamas was the one oppressing their own people. Countless billions of dollars in forien aid have been poured into Gaza to make it a better place and Hamas squanders that on hating Israel, building tunnels, and trying to destroy Israel. So... WTF are we supposed to go tell Israel here?

Also, the idea that Congress can tell the executive branch how to do anything with executive branch employees like the IG's is suspect and will ultimately fail. Even the Judge on the lawsuit was like... eh. She didn't try to reinstate them because it was pointless, because Trump has the ultimate authority over the executive branch and would just remove them again. The notion that Congress can demand a 30 day notice on the President would almost certainly be found Unconstitutional if this ever gets that far.

That doesn't provide any numbers for your claim and it is subjectively saying "often" at the expense of due process... after it goes on to outline the due process with judges involved. Once again, your notion of "due process" seems to be some kind of never ending appeals and court process, sorry, but that is not the definition of due process.

That is not even what he is talking about. These people are here illegally and the last administration put massive amounts of illegal immigrants on "parole" in that they decided they were not going to enforce immigration laws or deport them, but told them they had to keep checking in. These were not all asylum claims, that is completely different. ICE is not appearing at court to arrest people before they can go through the proper asylum process.
