They are not secret police. The fact that their names are not instant public information doesn't make them secret police. They are all part of an established chain of command with their names clearly on file. At this point, the outcome is going to be the same regardless, so I don't really care all that much if we bring him back and deport him again or not. I think the administration should work more to bring him back and then promptly lock him up and proceed to deport him again.

From the article, they still get "due process" but Trump is not going to let them just roam the streets endlessly getting check ins like Biden did because Biden was never interested in deporting them.
