Well... this is an ignorant lie. Overstaying your visa is not "immigration" per say, but it does make you unlawfully here. Nor does this comprise the largest number of those here unlawfully. Also, to overstay your visa, many of those folks are going to engage in other crimes like fraud or efforts to unlawfully obtain another visa or benefits... so they can keep staying here unlawfully, then guess what? It basically boils down to this activist Judge taking words from the law, making up his own interpretations as to their meaning, making up his own interpretations as to what bar has to be met for them to be used, and then determining that the Trump administration didn't meet any of that.
