  1. Still 0 for. The video does not show what led up to him being detained. It just shows he was detained. He also admits that he was released at the site. Local NBC "Garcia said he was released from the vehicle where he was held after he gave the arresting officials his Social Security number, which showed he is a U.S. citizen." DHS maintains he got in the way. It was also a job site raid and citizens do get picked up in those raids. None are held any longer than it takes to verify citizenship. Based on what Garcia said, it sounds like he was there less than 15 minutes. Now, you said SCOTUS gave Trump a ruling to go arrest people based on skin color. That was a lie and I definitively proved that. Don't back out like a chicken shit. You lied. Own up to it.
  2. No. The ACA (aka Obamacare) failed because it removed the final consumer from the cost, added government beaurocracy to an already bloated insurance beaurocracy, added subsidies (subsidies always raise the final price) and added unnecessary procedures (i.e. pap smears in men's unsurance). Obamacare was designed to make health insurance more profitable rather than health care more affordable. As such, health care costs have out paced inflation and health insurance companies are reporting record profits. That was all by design. The plans I support cover nothing until a deductible is reached. Then, they cover everything. For example, in the early part of this century, my health insurance was just under $100 a month. It covered me after $3,000 up to $2 million and then 90% up to $10 million. It also included Rx discounts. Contrast that with a $500 deductible that costs $400 a month and pays 90% up to $5 million and has co-pays for routine visits. My plan was a minimum of $1200 a year. The comprehensive plan was a minimum of $4800 per year. For $2 million in expenses, my plan would have cost me $3,000 + $1200. The comprehensive plan would cost $199,900 + $4800. The problem is we have been told that comprehensive plans are cheaper and we believed it because we don't see the cost on everyday purchases. If you actually do the math, you are getting fuçked hard.
  3. 👆👆liberal fantasy/fear mongering 👆👆 👇👇Reality👇👇 SCOTUS Blog Moreover, Kavanaugh added, although “apparent ethnicity alone cannot furnish reasonable suspicion” for an immigration stop, reasonable suspicion can rest on the “totality of the circumstances.” You would do well to quit now. Your guy was arrested for interfering. Your only claim he wasn't is his lawyer and orange man bad. Your SCOTUS case that you claim let them stop people by race explicitly said they can't. You are 0 for 3. You can try to make it 0 for 4 or 0 for 5 or 0 for 10. But you will always be 0 for x because you have fantasy on your side.
  4. I am on ignore because you know you can't keep up with me. I provide evidence that your bullshit is bullshit. Like this: Just because you walked away from a car accident feeling great doesn’t mean you’re out of the woods yet. Adrenaline does strange things, and one of them is hiding injuries until later. It’s not uncommon for car accident victims to feel pain and other symptoms hours, days, or even weeks after an accident. "Internal bleeding is caused by the blunt force trauma of a car accident and is often accompanied by abdominal pain. This could even be caused by your seat belt, which may be forced into your abdomen, causing muscle injuries and damage to your internal organs. All types of internal bleeding are a medical emergency and potentially life-threatening. If you experience dizziness, fainting, severe bruising, or confusion, seek medical attention immediately. More specifically, the bruises you see from internal bleeding aren’t the same as those from scuffing your knee. These bruises are more extensive than average and extremely dark. Unfortunately, internal bleeding could mean one of your organs or a blood vessel has been ruptured. Note that internal bleeding may not manifest itself until days after your accident."
  5. White House: The Great American Health Care Plan That is a list of bullet points is in the link above. I haven't gone through all of them. The big change is the use of HSA's rather than comprehensive plans. The HSA can be used to buy a comprehensive plan, a high deductible plan or pay cash for care. I like this provision as it will connect the consumer to cost. Obamacare mandated comprehensive plans that remove the consumer from the cost aspect. When the consumer is onnected to the final cost, they make more efficient choices. I would love to see this plan go further and deincentivize comprehensive plans. High deductible plans eliminate the need for medical billing codes for much of the process. That eliminates a wasteful cost and brings down the total cost to consumer. It would also make the final consumer more attached to the final cost.
  6. Dan Goldman is a politician in a political setting. He is not giving legal advice. They do not have a legal status. They have a stay of deportation until their claim is heard. That does not make them here legally. It prevents them from being deported until their hearing. The problem occurred when Joe Biden's council of Presidents determined that they should just let asylum seekers go rather than have their case heard within 3 to 4 days (as was the norm). Many Asylum seekers did not return for their hearing and had rulings against them. I haven't looked up the number, but the asylum denial rate is in the 90's. All lf the asylum seekers under the dark years of Biden should have been detained until their hearing. Releasing them was and is a violation of immigration law.
  7. Since immigrants are not citizens and not privy to the same protections, they are in a prove you are innocence space. If they come to this country and have no legal basis to be here, they go. If they make a plea to stay under asylum exemptions, they have to prove they have a legitimate case. Until they do, they are here illegally.
  8. ABC: Based on a sampling of preliminary crime statistics from 550 U.S. law enforcement agencies, the year is expected to end with a roughly 20% decrease in homicides nationwide, Jeff Asher, a national crime analyst, told ABC News. USAToday: For the first time in decades, net migration for the United States was likely negative in 2025, and the trend could continue amid President Donald Trump's aggressive immigration enforcement actions, according to a new think tank report. Looks like he did a fine job and the two articles seem to be related. I like how you take your own depravity and blame Trump for it. That takes some big balls to be that ridiculous.
  9. Most people put their best example first. From you article on ABC: In so much as your best example cannot prove your thesis that my statement is bullshit or people are being arrested on a large scale, you have proven me correct.
  10. Couldn't address the actual content intelligently so you thought you'd attack the messenger? Is CBS a valid source? look at how far you have to go into the article to see that the shooting was in self defense. CBS: ICE officer shoots man in leg in north Minneapolis after shovel attack, officials say Is that the paragon of truth? CBS: Federal agents in Portland shot and injured a husband and wife during an operation involving Customs and Border Protection, according to police. Reality: FoxNews: Portland police chief cries while admitting DHS was right about Tren de Aragua ties in CBP shooting Both were shot by a U.S. Customs and Border Protection agent after Moncada, the driver of the vehicle, allegedly "weaponized his vehicle" and attempted to run over agents, prompting an agent to fire in self-defense, according to DHS. ********* Two cases were FOXNEWS was accurate and CBS lied or misled.
  11. From your link. The very next paragraph- "Firearms may not be discharged solely to disable moving vehicles. Specifically, firearms may not be discharged at a moving vehicle unless: (1) a person in the vehicle is threatening the officer or another person with deadly force by means other than the vehicle; or (2) the vehicle is operated in a manner that threatens to cause death or serious physical injury to the officer or others, and no other objectively reasonable means of defense appear to exist, which includes moving out of the path of the vehicle. Firearms may not be discharged from a moving vehicle except in exigent circumstances. In these situations, an officer must have an articulable reason for this use of deadly force."
  12. This is the fault of every celebrity, personality and news agency that glorified this bullshit but was too chickenshit to actually do it themselves. Mark, Rosey...I am looking at you!
  13. Bullshit. They were all charged under Biden. Trump had nothing to do with it.
  14. The agent was rehospitalized with internal bleeding. Do you have any thoughts on that?
  15. I asked AI and only 3 of those names actually were convicted. Two were convicted for contempt of Congress and one was Trump. Every single other person was not convicted.
  16. Communist Broadcast News The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agent who fatally shot Renee Good last week in Minneapolis, Jonathan Ross, suffered internal bleeding to the torso following the incident, according to two U.S. officials briefed on his medical condition. It was unclear how extensive the bleeding was. The Department of Homeland Security confirmed Ross' injury, but has not yet responded to CBS News' requests for more information. This story will be updated as we learn more. ********** Anyone want to talk about how he wasn't hit?
  17. 12,000 to 20,000 dead Iranians according to John Fetterman. Trump says help is on the way and plays coy after that. I don't know what is going to happen but I can't figure anyway we don't provide some military support.
  18. Did Democrats cry over Dacara Thompson? No. Did Democrats cry over a husband and wife shot by CBP? Yep. And those two were Trende Aragua. How did the Democrats become more sympathetic to foreign gangs than Americans? How did Democrats become more sympathetic to people that attack our police than the people our police are arresting.
  19. So he did not sign anything. Even though Clinton was Epstein's longest and best friend? He was POTUS and he didn't think to call Bush or Obama and say, hey this Epstein dude diddles young girls on his island, maybe you should look into it? No, in fact, Clinton did nothing. He is so scared of what might come out he would rather face prosecution for what is known than testify to what he knows.
