Do you not see all the assumptions you are making? How do you know that was Prity's gun? Why did he drop a gun when he got shot? BTW, the video that shows him taking the gun was altered. We know this because there are multiple videos that show shots fired at the exact same time as that guy is pulling out. But the video you are referring to removed the sound for the first shot to make it seem like that gun was gone long before Prity got shot. It was not.

How do you watch the video and not see that? He is standing in the middle of the street. He ties to stop ICE then he jumps on the poor woman, then he won't let go of her (despite her obvious desire to be left alone) then there are five or six agents trying to subdue him. His actions led to his death. Bringing a gun to an event where you intend to disrupt federal agents was next level stupid. Interfering with federal agents was next level stupid. Resisting arrest was next level stupid. He is a victim of his own stupidity.
