We replaced people when our ancestors came to North America. This country was built on immigration. In the history of the UK, Celts were replaced by Romans who were replaced by Saxons who were replaced by Normans. It has been the way of the world since human society began. Demographics are always changing, even when people are the same colour. Back when we were all white, it was the Irish, Italians, Jews etc who were the problem. The Soviet Union also had a great sounding constitution. We don't have leaders for life, our constitution says an election has to be held every five years.
