https://www.cbc.ca/news/world/george-santos-expelled-from-house-1.7046258 Could it be there is some hope for Republicans after all?

Actually three of the last four major treaties were signed by the former Liberal government.

There are five times as many whites as blacks in the US, more whites are going to die from just about everything. During 2022, 389 white people were killed by police vs 225 blacks. So not even twice as many whites even though they represent five times the population. https://www.statista.com/statistics/585152/people-shot-to-death-by-us-police-by-race/ I find it interesting that you have to resort to comparing police with gangs. You seem to have very low expectations of your police. I'm not the one who should be ashamed.

So because armed black people kill black people it's OK for cops to kill black people. What kind of equivalence is that? Considering 61% of Americans are white and only 12% are black, why wouldn't you think more white people are going to be shot by cops? Why would you be outraged that more white people are shot by cops?

I think any movement that resorts to violence damages their message regardless of how valid it may be. Disagree, his tantrum over advertisers leaving indicates he cares very much but instead of taking some responsibility himself, he blames them if the company should fail. It seems he thinks he is entitled to their money regardless of what comes out of his mouth.

Because they are all part of the Schengen Zone.

Greece was in default of a 245 billion Euro loan from the EU and the IMF. They couldn't expect other countries to bail them out forever. https://www.politico.eu/article/tsipras-greece-greeks-vat-imf-loan-bank-eurogroup/ https://www.politico.eu/article/greece-defaults-international-monetary-fund-bailout-loan-grexit-greece-crisis/ Apparently they could pay it back. https://www.euronews.com/2022/04/05/greece-repays-imf-debt-two-years-ahead-of-schedule-says-finance-minister

What is the "Muslim secret service"? Is that like the Christian secret service or Hindu secret service?
-
Obviously yes. Germany is Norway's biggest trading partner and it has a trade surplus with most EU countries. Being part of the Schengen Zone also allows for free movement between countries for EU and Norwegian citizens. Germany doesn't dominate the EU even though it has the largest economy. https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_presidents_of_the_institutions_of_the_European_Union Considering a major object of the EU was to make countries so interdependent they wouldn't go to war and Western Europe has had its longest period of peace in history, it has been pretty successful.

How does one scrub the web? -
It isn't just trade, they are all part of the Schengen zone as well. Seven EU countries do not use the Euro. Using the Euro is not a condition of EU membership. Iceland is another country that is not an EU member but is also heavily integrated.
-
It is ruled by the EU parliament in Brussels. Germany has the most clout because it is the largest and wealthiest country. Just like the US in NATO and North America. Germany has been instrumental in bailing out weaker members. The point is, Norway owes much of its affluence to the EU whether it is a member or not.
-
They still have to abide with EU trade rules because they have access to EFTA and freedom of movement of EU citizens because they are part of Schengen. Same goes for Switzerland and Liechtenstein.
-
Yes but to say it doesn't depend on those arrangements with the EU for its own prosperity is wrong. It is wealthier in part at least because of the EU, not in spite of it.
-
Norway isn't in the EU but is part of the EEA, EFTA and Schengen. It also contributes and average of 391 million Euros to the EU under the EEA agreement. It is very integrated with the EU. Only 20 of the 27 EU countries use the Euro, Denmark and Sweden also have their own currencies.

Yes.

You don't "pretend" with the largest part of your army. Putin's plan was to take the capital and put his own puppet in charge. You are an id-iot to think otherwise. To bad, so sad comrade. It didn't work out and now Vlad the Destroyer is mired in the worst conflict since WW2 and having to fight it with WW1 tactics. Maybe a great Mafia Don but not much of a military strategist.
