Well I don't know what your point is. Of course it is done by companies and those companies also sub contract work to other companies. Even if you "build" your own home you are either hiring a contractor to do the whole project and look after subbing out jobs to other independent contractors or will have to do that yourself unless you personally so proficient in all the trades that you can do them yourself.

I don't hate anyone, it is a very selfish and destructive emotion. I think all those Floridians and Californians who can't get home insurance should move to where you live. Climate caused migration will increase, it is already happening in North Africa.
