Oh you coached football? That's totally comparable to handling a class of 25 kids with potentially 50 m0ron parents such as you. -

Hey so working less than 187 days a year is OK then, understood. So your point about the teachers? Can you handle 25 kids, yourself, for more than an hour? -

So you're saying that miners or oil rig workers are part time workers, and have no sympathy for them, and wish no government grant from us? -

Is education a priority in our society? Yes. Are teachers paid enough in terms of full time positions when they have them? Yes. Are teachers conditions good before they get those full time positions? Not at all. Then let's compensate them for that if we don't fix the issues I will mention. In Quebec, many teachers who are starting don't have a full time position until they have a few years of experience. They have 4 years of university instead of 3 (in Quebec, a degree is 3 years because we have a different education system, where we have to go through CEGEP), and have a lot of hours to go through an unpaid internship. It brings them to debt although they receive some loans from the government they have to pay for after. I understand their grievances and wish them at least a boost in their paychecks if they don't get better conditions. It's not the number of days worked that matter. It's what they bring and how hard the job is. Teaching 25+ kids in a single class is very hard, where you have to handle not only the children who are out of control, but as well the unhinged parents who think their kids are going to be the next Presidents of the Universe... -

This was one of the funniest thing I've read, ever. I remember the crisis in 2011 when Germany forced southern countries to pay back loans Germany gave to them with very high interest rates while they knew these southern countries could not pay them back.

? <Immigration was not even tried! Let's try harder! If we didn't have those levels, we'd be even poorer! We must go forward!> is the new <Communism was not even tried! Let's try harder! If we didn't adopted it, we'd be even poorer!>. Inflation being inflated by... increasing the consumer base ... inflated by... immigration.

Obviously not. 3 of the top 4 richest European countries decided not to go join the German plan to dominate Europe European Union.
-
Trade is fine. The EU is totally something else. It's a political confederation ruled by the Germans Brussels.
-
Because they stayed out of it, they gain from the economic agreements, while not being tied by the decisions of Berlin and the Germans in general who hold all the real power in the EU Brussels. In Europe, the 4 richest countries for GDP per capita are Liechtenstein, Luxembourg, Switzerland and Norway. Three out of them are not tied to German domination the European Union.
-
The EEA (an economic agreement) also includes... Turkey. Not a single serious person thinks for a second that Turkey is part of the EU. And thank God for both parties involved, for an unlimited amount of reasons. For the EFTA, the UK is part of it, despite not being in the EU anymore. For Schengen, Ireland isn't part of it, even though it is part of the EU. For the funding of the EU, according to Statista, Norway isn't even tehre. https://www.statista.com/statistics/316691/eu-budget-contributions-by-country/ An average of 391M would be one of the lowest contribution given by a country in Europe for the EU. Norway finds opportunities to make agreements which advantages them while protecting its sovereignty. It is quite an admirable country in the terms of how it is managed.

Never say that to a Swede...
-
That's false, although it is a sector which is very well managed. 78% of their economy is services based. It had an extremely good economy before the discovery of oil, and made hydroelectric stations to power their factories at a very early stage. It is one of those countries not affected by the Dutch Disease, because of great planning and an emphasis on education. They do not spend every dime they earn; they save it. They have one of the biggest trust fund in the world as a result.

They refused two times to join the European Union by referendum. So yes.

Good to know then when I'll be drinking and driving in Alberta, thanks. (of course take that to the second degree...)

They will get you by asking you 'Have you ever had a license suspension in the last 10 years?'.
