  1. Yup. This article is from 2021, so it's likely worse now. Trucking accidents up 40% in just Ontario alone. (Sorry, for some reason the link won't copy/paste for me. You'll have to google the article. And there's other articles on it, too.) I have a friend who is a heavy duty mechanic, works on the big rigs. They turn down working on a lot of trucks because they cut holes in the floor to 💩 out of. He says the bottoms are caked in feces, it's so gross, they just refuse to work on them.
  2. The trucking industry is having big problems with a certain ethnic group, too.
  3. When this Fifth Estate video first aired, it made me cry. I think it was from 2017 (?).
  4. How 'bout we just leave medical decisions to others and their doctor?
  5. Trudeau hid during the convoy and then the mandates got dropped. Imagine if more of us stood up to them. Politicians need to be more afraid of us than we are of them. That's how ALL their bullcrap stops.
  6. And yes, I'm going to mock and shame all you dolts until you learn not to let them do this to us again. When they told businesses to close, if every business owner said "No", what were they gonna do about it? Jail the entire country?
  7. Seriously, they convinced the majority of people that 👇 this👇 was "science".
  8. Because a lot of what happened went completely counter to both established science AND common sense. I still have no fuquing idea how they convinced people that you could catch the virus while walking through restaurants or buying nails from a mom & pop hardware store, but not if you sat down in a restaurant or bought nails at Home Depot. And the "horsepaste" thing.....i mean, my gawd! Did everyone suddenly forget we had fuquing Google?
  9. If the coalition allows it to pass, I hope the bill includes the stipulation that the fines are paid out of their own pocket and not from the taxpayer purse, like when Guilbeault paid his $20,000 fine with OUR money.
  10. Well, at least the Cons are willing to do something about it. Libs/NDP will likely vote against this bill.
  11. Yup, they're saying that a lot in the committees, too.
  12. And the excuse the actual Ministers in charge of the departments are using is that.....they have no idea what's going on and therefore aren't responsible for anything that happens under their watch. Of course, Lib supporters will accept that excuse. "Well, they can't know everything!" Ummm, ya - that's why they get paid the big bucks. They're responsible and accountable. But what do I know? It's just MY money flying out the window and into their pockets.
  13. It's Time for the Scientific Community to Admit We Were Wrong About COVID and It Cost Lives | Opinion - Newsweek As a medical student and researcher, I staunchly supported the efforts of the public health authorities when it came to COVID-19. I believed that the authorities responded to the largest public health crisis of our lives with compassion, diligence, and scientific expertise. I was with them when they called for lockdowns, vaccines, and boosters. I was wrong. We in the scientific community were wrong. And it cost lives. I can see now that the scientific community from the CDC to the WHO to the FDA and their representatives, repeatedly overstated the evidence and misled the public about its own views and policies, including on natural vs. artificial immunity, school closures and disease transmission, aerosol spread, mask mandates, and vaccine effectiveness and safety, especially among the young. All of these were scientific mistakes at the time, not in hindsight. Amazingly, some of these obfuscations continue to the present day. We made science a team sport, and in so doing, we made it no longer science. If our public health officials had led with less hubris, the course of the pandemic in the United States might have had a very different outcome, with far fewer lost lives. It's OK to be wrong and admit where one was wrong and what one learned. That's a central part of the way science works. Yet I fear that many are too entrenched in groupthink—and too afraid to publicly take responsibility—to do this.
  14. I've been watching the ArrivSCAM committee meetings and part of why they're having trouble figuring out who okayed what, is there are too many damn managers and directors in every department. There's Director Manager of this, Manager Director of that, Supervisor of this, Assistant Manger Director Supervisor of Blah Blah Blah, Level 5 employee, Level 3 employee, it's endless. No wonder we can't get anything done in this country. It's a scapegoat rodeo with everyone pointing the finger at everyone else. No one was "in charge".
  15. You're the only one who keeps talking about Marjorie Taylor Greene.
  16. This had nothing to do with a virus. This had to do with a system of control that was being imposed. You saw it in the ludicrousness of the imposed measures. This is literally Pavlov's dog. We're perceived as lapdog !d!0ts by the parasite class. We will be pushed as far as we can be pushed and that depends on how much we allow them to do that. Only the smarter people questioned why it was that you could catch covid if you bought nails at your local hardware store, but were safe from covid if you bought nails at Home Depot. Or why the virus was intelligent enough to know if you were standing or sitting at a restaurant. And only the brave stood up to it. We need less cowards and stoopid people. Pay attention next time. Don't be eyeball.
  17. FAUCI IN 2021: “When people are vaccinated, they are not going to get infected.” FAUCI NOW: “I got infected about two weeks ago. It was my third Covid-19 infection, and I had been vaccinated and boosted a total of six times.”
  18. You clearly did not understand the science there. You should stop. You're looking more and more foolish.
  19. It's like the last WWll soldier still hiding out on some forgotten atoll in the Pacific who doesn't realize the war is over. 🤣
  20. You barf out opinions without any kind of links. Step up your game or STFU. Your uneducated opinions mean nothing.
  21. Quit talking outta your a$$ and get educated. Then your opinions might be worth considering. M0r0n.
  22. Odd comment from someone who advocates blind obedience to government. The Cato Institute conducted a very good interview that covered many of the controversies with the covid response. Worth a watch. If we don't learn from the mistakes made, then big tech, big pharma and big government will do it again. We must hold these entities accountable for the deliberate and damaging measures taken. The virus itself was not what damaged society and individuals, the economy and human dignity. It was the power-mad, money-grubbing responses that did far more damage than the virus itself.
